Curriculum,as a medium of all teaching activities in secondary vocational schools,is the basic guarantee to achieve the quality of teaching activities.Precisely because of this,curriculum reform is always the core of the education reform.“The Outline of Moral Education in Secondary Vocational School "(Revised in 2014)clearly states that secondary vocational schools moral Curriculum is the main channel to fulfill its moral education and the compulsory basic course for all major students and it is the main front in ideological and political education,legal education,professional ethics education and career guidance,entrepreneurship education and mental health education as well ".The curriculum evaluation on secondary vocational school moral education is an important aspect of the comprehensive reform of education,including curriculum objectives,curriculum design,curriculum implementation process and the results,teaching materials,curriculum policies,diagnosis and analysis.To carry out this research,the dissertation applies integrated use of literature analysis,policy analysis,action research and case study method.With the analysis of the current situation and problems,and its influencing factors and basic concepts of the curriculum evaluation,the dissertation puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the evaluation.Based on the preliminary research,the study constructs an evaluation system on the moral education curriculum of secondary vocational schools.In detail,the dissertation is carried out in the following research areas.The Introduction.First,Evaluating the moral education curriculum of the secondary vocational school is of necessity for the curriculum reform,the curriculum system construction,which improves the moral education curriculum evaluation on theory and practice.The dissertation firstly researches on and explores to the moral education curriculum evaluation of secondary vocational schools in two different methods.One is to definite clearly the core concepts of secondary vocational school,moral education,curriculum evaluation,moral education curriculum of secondary vocational school and moral education curriculum evaluation of secondary vocational school;And the other is to collect and analyze the relevant literatures about the moral education curriculum evaluation of secondary vocational school via CNKI,Google scholar,super star,ten thousand party databases,Web of Science database,EBSCO,Proquest,Springer Link,Emerald,and the library,etc.We found that,in the research of moral education curriculum evaluation of secondary vocational schools,the current academic circles mainly focus on the models,functions,subjects,principles,contents,methods,policies and its practice.The deficiencies mainly embody in the following five aspects: The first one is that the policies and measures of the comprehensive reform on education of our country is not sensitive enough to reflect the practice process of the current and the new task we are facing in recent years;The second is that the research tends to be static,lacking of dynamic analysis and comparison;The third is the shortage of practice;The fourth is that the introduction is much more than indigenous innovation;And the fifth is that most researches take a certain or a few schools in a region as a case,while ignore the comparison across the region.Secondly,this dissertation is mainly based on man's all-round development theory,lifelong education theory and the complex system theory.I persevere in the combination of field research method is one of the best ways to get direct cognition and evaluate the objects,which helps to obtain first-hand information.The main methods are observation method,lecture method,test method and investigation method.Through aggregating,carding and analyzing the raw data from literature analysis method,self-assessment reports,unit courses,course designs,teaching plans and course outlines,the dissertation combines the first-hand information and the secondary information,which is beneficial to form a correct diagnosis and to come to the conclusion based on facts.It's the aim of the dissertation to lay a solid foundation for theories and methods on further researches.The First Chapter,the Status Survey of Moral Education Curriculum Evaluation of secondary Vocational Schools.Curriculum Evaluation of secondary vocational education is gradual reforming with the new curriculum reform of vocational education.Firstly,the dissertation talks about the three-phase development of moral education curriculum evaluation,that is moral evaluation in ancient time,moral evaluation in modern times and moral education curriculum evaluation in secondary vocational schools since the founding of the People's Republic of China.It is significant that we can systematically analyze the complexity and problems of moral education curriculum evaluation.Secondly,from the perspective of curriculum evaluation body,the study mainly uses "top-down “mode and " bottom-up " mode;while from the perspective of curriculum evaluation objects,the study mainly applies curriculum design-curriculum implementation-student academic level " three-dimensional " evaluation mode.“Top-down" mode reflects moral education curriculum of secondary vocational education system is a centralized system which is country-based,while local authorities and schools are under the subordinate position.From the management objectives and direction of gradual reform and the actual situation,the curriculum management of the central country level will retain a considerable degree,and plays an important role in the curriculum reform process."Bottom-up" mode in secondary vocational school curriculum evaluation is that secondary vocational schools carry out their own independent development,implementation of school-based curriculum evaluation,and that local governments assess moral education curriculum of secondary vocational school in region.Overall,in accordance with the new round of secondary vocational school moral education curriculum reform,the existing secondary vocational school moral education curriculum evaluation still remains some gaps,specifically in the following six aspects:(1)concept: the priority of management doctrine;(2)subject: the lack of depth and breadth of participation;(3)process: the ignorance of the overall development of students;(4)methods: the simplification of evaluation method;(5)function: the reduction of function's improvement,stimulation and guidance;(6)benefit: the phenomenon of larger output with less input.The Second Chapter,The Factors and Ideas on Moral Education Curriculum Evaluation of Secondary Vocational Schools.Secondary vocational school moral education curriculum evaluation,as a very complex value judgment activity,is influenced by both extrinsic factors and internal factors.Extrinsic factors includes social and political,economic,cultural and moral factors;internal factors refers to secondary vocational school moral education curriculum evaluation itself.Determining these factors,it is possible to obtain feedback curriculum system,timely regulation,identify bias,and to promote moral education curriculum reform and scientific development.Factors of secondary vocational school moral education curriculum evaluation includes evaluation of subject factors,objects factors,techniques and methods factors,evaluation,environmental factors and the evaluation index system factors.Subject includes curriculum specialists,administrators,teachers,students,parents and other representatives of various interest groups.They represent different social needs,curriculum evaluation from different points of view.objects involves curriculum decisions,management effectiveness evaluation curriculum development,evaluation process evaluation,curriculum design of the overall system,curriculum objectives,curriculum content,curriculum implementation and results of the evaluation and other aspects at different dimensions.Generally,environmental factors affecting on the school curriculum evaluation have the following three aspects: social and political factors,economic and cultural factors and evaluation system factors.Course evaluation concept determines the nature and orientation of curriculum,evaluation activities essentially is specific and realistic different concept of curriculum evaluation.The main idea of moral education in secondary vocational school curriculum evaluation are: expansibility of the concept of curriculum evaluation,effectiveness of the concept of curriculum evaluation,intercourse of the concept of curriculum evaluation and the concept of student-centered curriculum evaluation.The Third Chapter,Rational Ideas of Moral Education Curriculum Evaluation System in Secondary Vocational Schools.First of all,establish the humanistic spirit curriculum evaluation concept,comprehensive attention to the situation of student growth and progress,and to promote the development of students through analysis guidance.Next,definite the principle of the construction of moral education in secondary vocational school curriculum evaluation system,adhere to the guide,scientific,comprehensiveness and objectivity.Thirdly,reasonably understand the complexity of secondary vocational school moral education curriculum evaluation,the evaluation process combined internal evaluation with external evaluation,the transverse and longitudinal evaluation,development evaluation,formative assessment and summative evaluation.Fourthly,build "open platform” and take "one of the fourpath" as a handle.Through the building of smooth flow of information channels,create a good environment and atmosphere for evaluating.Fifthly,strengthen organizational security,system security,technical support and legal policy to support the secondary vocational school moral education curriculum evaluation.The Fourth Chapter,Moral Education Curriculum Evaluation System and Applications in Secondary Vocational Schools.Collect moral education curriculum evaluation schemes from secondary vocational schools all through the nation,and disseminate questionnaires on moral education curriculum evaluation to the national secondary vocational school teachers,students,curriculum design experts.It's more objective to design a curriculum for moral education evaluation index in secondary vocational schools,and endow each index weights.In this dissertation,a total of three-level indicators,and the weights of three indicators are distributed as curriculum design(0.4),curriculum implementation(0.3)and course results(0.3)with a total of 12 secondary indicators,namely curriculum ideas,course objectives,teaching materials,curriculum standards,course features and innovation,teaching content,teaching process,teaching methods,teaching strategies,classroom response,compliance level and students' academic levels.Then according to this system,try to evaluate the design of the course materials,curriculum implementation in the classroom teaching and curriculum effects of students' academic level.At the same time,selection of objects and evaluation methods,evaluation results are under explanation and analysis as well.
