At present, the rapid development of the traditional sports knowledge has been far behind the current sports facing paradigm reform inevitable,and our task is to carry out profound review and re understanding of sports knowledge paradigm. This paradigm is not only related to the sports knowledge related to sports discipline decide on what path to follow, but also deepen the comprehensive education system in the direction of reform in. Therefore, we should make a choice of sports knowledge paradigm, this is also the starting point of this research.However, the paradigm of sport knowledge has its own premise, that is, it is necessary to reflect on the knowledge of sports itself. From the point of view of knowledge, the author holds that the misunderstanding of sports by the public lies in two points: "Sports is not knowledge", physical activity as physical skills,is not a kind of knowledge"; "Sports knowledge is simple and low level", sports science is too low can not rise to the level of real academic research. we use the theory of knowledge of sports philosophy to explain the two views: "the possibility of physical knowledge and the negative" and "knowledge of physical education digestion" .The former denies the existence of physical knowledge,the latter hinders the sublimation of sports knowledge. This interpretation has completed the transformation from "the real problem" to "the academic question", and has opened the prologue of the entire thesis research."The possibility of sports knowledge" is the meta problem of the existence of the theory of physical philosophy of knowledge, and it is also the starting point of the discussion on the theory of Sports. "Whether sports form knowledge" has become the focus of debate in the academic field of sports. "Sports" and "knowledge" are no longer isolated relations by the history of sports historians and sports philosophers,and the physical turn of modern epistemology makes sports knowledge possible.The body is no longer a subsidiary of flesh or blood, but a multidimensional medium in the process of social formation. "Body" has become the "Sports" and "knowledge" to establish a link between the blood, and form a knowledge of sports philosophy to the real existence of the three core forces. Therefore, "the formation of sports knowledge"is interpreted as "how sports form knowledge through the body"——The process of the formation of knowledge is the process of physical cognition. On the contrary, the process of physical cognition is also the process of sports knowledge.The establishment of the possibility of sports knowledge provides the necessary premise for the in-depth understanding of sports knowledge, but there is still lack of effective methods of understanding, and Kuhn's paradigm theory can accomplish this task. However, the concept of "paradigm", which is derived from the philosophy of science, is unfamiliar to Sports Science. It is necessary for us to analyze the correspondence between the theory of paradigm and the study of sports knowledge before we use the paradigm theory to understand the sports knowledge. The author calls it "sports knowledge + paradigm" and divides it into three successive steps: First of all, the basic theory of paradigm is analyzed, and the main focus is on the application of the concept of paradigm (not only in the field of sports, but also in other disciplines),the connotation of the evolution paradigm (paradigm has come under the scientific terminology of the altar, become "point of view or the criterion of something or" thinking framework or direction "), as well as scholars on the theory of paradigm debates (especially for" can not produce different interpretation of the incommensurability"). Secondly, we should gradually introduce the paradigm theory to the study of the theory of knowledge. The author put forward two propositions: curing "metaphysical paradigm" in the core research and abandon the "hard bound incommensurability". In the following, the author of four kinds of knowledge paradigm on origin and the concept of knowledge one by one analysis, not only analyzes the different views of knowledge application performance in sports, and summarizes the major characteristics of sports knowledge paradigm in the perspective of philosophy of different understanding. This process is a horizontal extension of sports knowledge, which embodies the diversity and complexity of sports knowledge.This study will focus on the value of sports knowledge analysis and showed a high degree of concern for the development of China's current sports disciplines, after the completion of the multiple sports knowledge paradigm of the presentation of knowledge. The author thinks that the relationship between sports and physical education is not equal to knowledge paradigm, a paradigm of sports knowledge not only appear in a sports discipline and discipline, may also need a variety of types of paradigm of sports knowledge construction. If we want to really understand the rules behind the structure of the sports discipline, it is necessary to put aside all kinds of model assumptions.
