To any educational reform measures policies,its desired result depends on teachers' efficient implementation.Teachers are considered to be the primary resources of education.The important role of the teachers' professional development has also been widely recognized by the community.Since the beginning of the new century,the wide application of modem information technology,which is based on computer and network,has brought about opportunities and challenges for teachers'professional development.In the aspect of opportunity,it provides the environment,methods,means,and ways for teachers' professional development.Based on the support of information technology,the concept,organizational forms and other aspects of the teachers' professional development have undergone profound changes.It is an important supplement to the mode of the traditional teachers'professional development to use the video case resources to carry out school-based training,network training and independent study.In the aspect of challenge,information technology has become the object of teacher's learning.Teachers must have the corresponding educational ideas and teaching ability to effectively carry out teaching in the information environment.Therefore,the application of information technology in education has put forward new requirements forteachers' knowledge structure,ability system and educational ideas.The professional development of teachers in the information environment has become an urgent problem.In our country,the state has developed a variety of measures to promote the professional development of teachers in the information environment.Educational management departments at all levels have invested a lot of manpower and material resources to carry out various forms of training for the ability of using information technology in education and teachers' professional development.From the final results,although the implementation of these training have effectively improved the level of professional development of teachers,but the overall effect is not very obvious.The most obvious phenomenon is that there is no change in the classroom of primary and secondary schools.The teachers'ability of using information technology has not been significantly improved.With the help of the concept"involution",which is widely used in the field of sociology,teachers' professional development in our country is in the dilemma of involution.In other words,the education departments at all levels have invested a lot of manpower and material resources to develop teachers' professional,but the level of the teachers'professional development has not been improved.For the involution dilemma of the teachers' professional development,extensive researches have been conducted by the academic circles of our country.The focus of all the studies mainly focused on the affecting factors models and strategies of teachers' professional development.The centralized training for teachers which is implemented widespread current is an important cause of the plight of the involution development.This centralized way of teachers' professional development is guided by the technical rationalism.For the advantage,it can train a large number of teacher's in short term to meet the problem of the shortage of teachers.But the biggest problem of this kind of ways for teachers' professional development is to regard the teacher as the object of training.It stresses the importance of imparting a lot of knowledge and skills to teachers,but it ignores the teachers'subjectivity in the process of professional development.It leads to the objective alienation of teachers'during the process of the teacher's professional development.Therefore,the subjectivity of the teachers' professional development has become the focus of attention.The key point for the subjectivity of the teachers' professional development has to create a good environment for teachers,in order to enable teachers to play a dominant role during the process of professional development.The application of information technology in teachers' professional development provides the possibility for teachers' subjectivity.Therefore,how to use information technology to optimize the environment for teachers' professional development,in order to make the teacher's subjectivity can be brought into play,has become a valuable research topic.In the light of how to use information technology to optimize the environment for the teachers'professional development of subjectivity,in this paper,we studied it from the perspective of ecology,and changed the research problem into "how to use information technology to optimize the ecology of teachers' professional development for subjectivity".Firstly,the impact of technology diffusion on teachers' professional development environment was studied,based on the theory of technical sociology.The theoretical framework for analyzing the relationship between teachers and technology was put forward.Based on this analyzing framework,this paper put forward the relationship of mutualism between technology and teachers,and the mechanism about technology influencing teachers' professional development.Secondly,we constructed a theoretical model of ecology for teachers' professional development in the environment of technology based on the theory of human development ecology in this paper.We analyzed the connotation,the structure of ecological subject,the structure of ecological environment and the structure of ecological relationship for the ecosystem of teachers' professional development.And we discussed the mechanism,method and path of some ecological factors affecting on teachers' professional development.After that,this paper proposed and validated a model of ecological factor for teachers' professional development,based on the model of the ecosystem.And we found out all the ecological factors that could affect the teacher's professional development.We implemented two quantitative researches based on the model of ecological factor.One of the researches was to analyzethe characteristics about the ecological environment and ecological factors affecting the teachers' professional development,and summarized the general characteristics and the demographic characteristics about the ecological environment affecting the professional development of teachers.Another research was to analyze the technical adaptation characteristics of the teachers under the technical environment from the perspective of the value of teachers' learning and application technology,and the behavior of teachers' application and learning technology.In order to verify the validity and scientificity of the characteristics for teachers' technical adaptation and the restrictive factors affecting on teachers,professional development,a case study was carried out.We further analyzed the comprehensive characteristics of the ecological factors affecting the professional development of teachers.Finally,we put forward the ideas and strategies about using information technology to optimize the ecological environment of teachers' professional development,based on the results of the theories research and quantitative research in this paper,in order to response to the problems proposed in this research.At the same time,it can provide reference for the research and practice about the teachers' professional development.
