China is a multi-ethnic country with diversified ethnic minorities and cultures coexisted together.The excellent ethnic minority culture is an important component of Chinese national culture,the richness and profound connotation of ethnic minority culture is the root of ethnic minorities.The ethnic minority culture melts in children's mind and penetrates in the spiritual world of children.Children lived in the communities of ethnic minority are deeply influenced by ethnic minority culture.This study explored the theory and practice of integrating ethnic minority culture with curriculum for early childhood.The studying methods included literature,observation method,interview method and action research.Meanwhile,this study took Yugur ethnic minority group as the example,exploring the current situation,analyzing the problems and influential factors of integrating culture of Yugur with curriculum for early childhood.In addition,this study implemented the practical exploration on integrating culture of Yugur with curriculum for early childhood on the basis of constructing theory system.First of all,this study has carried on the explanation and definition on core concepts such as culture,ethnic minority and curriculum,sorted the related research results on ethnic minority culture and the curriculum for early childhood and pointed out the features and shortages of these results as well as the inspiration on this study.At the same time,starting from the culturology,pedagogy,psychology,this study expounded the inspiration of ethnic minority culture integrated with the curriculum for early childhood and explored the value of it on development of children,curriculum for early childhood and society.Second,this study took culture of Yugur as the center and made investigations in Su'nan Yugur Autonomous County.Meanwhile,using interview method,observation method and other research methods to investigate the current situation of four kindergartens about integrating culture of Yugur with curriculum for early childhood.The results reflected that there were three routes to develop the integrating culture of Yugur with curriculum for early childhood:carrying out the Yugur language activities,compiling the textbook of Yugur language and creating the circumstance with ethnic minority characteristics.Moreover,the results reflected that the teaching content and form were relatively unitary of four kindergartens for culture of Yugur integrating with their curriculum.In the meantime,the education of family and community failed to play the positive roles.To a certain extent,it also reflected that the culture of Yugur integrated with curriculum for early childhood was influenced by policy-making,the state of existence of culture and internal factors of kindergartens.Then,in view of the above findings,this study made theoretical planning and design for culture of Yugur integrated with curriculum for early childhood and implemented systematic discussion on its goal,content,implementation and evaluation.At the same time,this study made practical exploration on culture of Yugur integrating with curriculum for early childhood by taking the A kindergarten of Su'nan Yugur Autonomous County as the research base.The result showed that children,teachers,parents and other partners in various aspects have a certain degree of progress and improvement by participating in the practical activities.Finally,this study summarized the conclusion,pointed out the shortcomings and proposed the education suggestions on teacher,kindergarten,family,community and provided the direction for further research.
