The fourth plenary session of 18th CPC Central Committee adds the brilliance to the historical landmark of China's legal construction. Rule of law blows the great horn of law-based China construction. China's legal construction is undergoing profound reform and historical transformation. Of course, remarkable achievements have been already made. However, it is a real problem about how to realize thorough, comprehensive and smooth transformation and overcome barriers on the road to march forward, especially how to guide the public in go for rule of law. Why do contemporary university students recognize rule of law on earth? At what degree they recognize rule of law? As a result, it coincides with the implementation of strategy over rule of law, being identical to the times direction of social development and democratic politics. The contemporary college students' identification with the rule of law is a collective manifestation of social public's recognition on it. Through retrospection on contemporary college students' identification with the rule of law, it is an imperative to regard the history and type during the whole historical process of social development to scientifically investigate and accurately define the contemporary college students' identification with the rule of law. The problem research on contemporary college students' identification with the rule of law refers to the deep reflections and partial study on major topic about why people observe the law. From the discipline perspective of identification with the rule of law, this research enriches the connotations of basic theories of ideological and political education of contemporary university students.The problem research on contemporary college students' identification with the rule of law is divided into six parts, including the following main contents and viewpoints:The introduction firstly not only analyzes the origin and research significance of research problem but also points out that it is significantly practically meaningful to systematically study problem about contemporary university student's identification with the rule of law from the perspectives of implementation of strategy on rule of law of the country and law-based social construction to set authority of rule of law and build law-based society; the problem research on contemporary college students' identification with the rule of law both enriches elementary proposition of ideological and political education and provides firm thought guarantee for university students to grow up healthily. The introduction systematically not only reviews research status of contemporary college students'identification with the rule of law and fully refers to the research reviews of identification with the rule of law but also analyzes the innovations in problem research on contemporary college students'identification with the rule of law & deficiency of the current research, clarifies research thoughts, determines research methods and outlines research framework.Chapter I:Basic theories on contemporary college students'identification with the rule of law. The basic connotation of identification with the rule of law is defined by beginning with the connotations of recognition. Besides, the authority, interest and practicality of identification with the rule of law are interpreted. Again, four conditions for forming identification with the rule of law are further analyzed. The problems on main type of contemporary college students'identification with the rule of law are also analyzed. Conditions for forming identification with the rule of law: good law is systematic condition and prerequisite of identification with the rule of law. The protection of rightful interest through rule of law is the key condition for identification with the rule of law. Cultivating spiritual condition of rule of law is essential condition for identification with the rule of law. Universality of law-observing subject is the important condition for identification with the rule of law. The main types of contemporary students'identification with the rule of law include: tool and value-based identification with the rule of law, individual and group-based identification with the rule of law, negative and positive identification with the rule of law. In this part, the basic theoretical basis of identification with the rule of law is also analyzed, including Marxist ideological theory, Marxist view of interest and intrinsic theory of Marxist. The differences and similarities between identification with the rule of law and basic concepts such as law-based education, ideology, awareness and belief are analyzed and defined to lay related theoretical foundation for the research to carry out in the following part.Chapter ?:The value of contemporary college students'identification with the rule of law. It is an academic research field worth of exploring to carry forward innovation in ideological & political education based on horizon of identification with the rule of law & through idea of identification with the rule of law and comprehensively study identification with the rule of law and the value & application of idea of identification with the rule of law in ideological and political education of university students. It indicates the effective application of innovative practice. It is thus necessary to systematically discuss and conclude problems such as rule of law value of contemporary college students'identification with the rule of law, ideological education and innovation realization of ideological education value. Contemporary college students'identification with the rule of law is the important spiritual connotation, significant guarantee for soft power construction of contemporary Chinese society and culture, internal stable and sustainable motivation of the operation of current rule of law and high-degree practice of political consensus on rule of law of the country. The importance of college students'identification with the rule of law in ideological and political education of university students has already been highlighted. The historical task of building consensus, shaping authority and guide direction will be undertaken to develop incomparable important ideological value. The realization of identification with the rule of law in ideological and political education has the dimension for developing specific ideological value and could carry forward realizing innovation in college students'ideological and political education.Chapter III:Status quo of contemporary college students'identification with the rule of law. The problem research on contemporary college students'identification with the rule of law is a research subject with considerations into theoretical analysis and practical practice. It is necessary to make certain judgment and choice based on rational recognition and practical experience. It is necessary to explain the status quo of college students'identification with the rule of law from such dimensions as identification with the rule of law, awareness, emotion and behavior of rule of law. In this way, the college students'identification with the rule of law can be concretely grasped. Based on investigation into the status quo of contemporary college students' identification with the rule of law, the performance characteristics of contemporary college students' identification with the rule of law are analyzed and concluded. It thus points out that the contemporary college students'acceptability of rule of law is high and they are subjectively willing to further learn and grasp legal knowledge and deal with social issues through legal thinking. Contemporary college students' identification with the rule of law is gradually enhanced along with the increasing popularity of strategy over rule of law of the country. They are further willing to act as the positive keepers and undertakers of strategy over rule of law of the country. They have come to realize that the future of the society that the university students bear is the subject of rule of law of the country. They are also relatively enthusiastic about the practice of rule of law of the country. In general, their recognition is rational. Some lack knowledge about rule of law. The knowledge perspectives of some university students remain to be corrected. The recognition on contemporary rule of law is rational with coexistence of questioning and acknowledgement. University students are not law and omnipotence of rule of law and even more not law and useless theory of rule of law. However, it's anticipated that the rule of law will be more perfect. Through analysis from the perspective of in-depth reason, it's found that the reason why there is something with contemporary college students'identification with the rule of law is that the university students have misunderstandings on idea of rule of law, lack contractual spirit of rule of law and haven't get into the legal thinking. Through retrospection in this way, the contemporary college students'identification with the rule of law can be concretely grasped to lay foundation for starting education of rule of law, cultivating talent teams who will be the main forces of legal construction and push forward current legal construction.Chapter ?:Strategic thinking on improving contemporary college students' identification with the rule of law. The historical development process of rule of law in China always coincides with the great march of national rejuvenation. To enhance contemporary college students'identification with the rule of law, it is necessary to begin with democratic consensus and march into rule of law, which refers to the strategic vision, macroscopic characteristic and strategic analysis and thinking. In legal construction practice of rule of law of the country, the most direct result of identification with the rule of law is to obey and respect legal authority. Identification with the rule of law could provide emotional power for authority construction and play a leading role in value orientation. Therefore, to enhance contemporary college students'identification with the rule of law, it is necessary to firstly pay attentions to various social comprehensive influence factors of contemporary college students' identification with the rule of law and especially pay attentions to playing the forward leading role of legal authority. To follow such logical thinking, it is necessary to begin with democratic consensus fundamental content and legal institutionalization. In this way, the correct strategic direction can be selected and proper strategies and policies can be determined to enhance contemporary college students'identification with the rule of law. Besides, the foundation can be laid for selection concrete path for carrying forward contemporary college students'identification with the rule of law. The problems about contemporary college students'identification with the rule of law suffer from influences of economic, politic and cultural & psychological factors. Socialist market economic basis is the decisive economic factor of contemporary college students'identification with the rule of law. Benefit protection is the realistic economic factor of contemporary college students'identification with the rule of law. The relationship between party and rule of law plays a decisive role in contemporary college students'identification with the rule of law. The repeated law-based construction of China plays an important role in influencing contemporary college students'identification with the rule of law. Besides contemporary college students' identification with the rule of law suffers from influences of economic basis and political factor, identification with the rule of law is influenced by the rationality of the subject as a cultural and psychological phenomenon and subject thinking activity, which refers to a kind of inherent weigh and choice.Chapter ?:Path selection for carrying forward contemporary college students' identification with the rule of law. Study the problem about contemporary college students' identification with the rule of law and especially to discuss the concrete path to carry forward college students' identification with the rule of law, it is an imperative to discuss the problems about ideological and cultural concepts of identification with the rule of law and analyze the practical actions of research on identification with the rule of law. Only in this way, the organic combination of theory and practice of rule of law can be realized. Legal propaganda and education is necessary measure for facilitating identification with the rule of law. The idea of rule of law is the psychological basic structure for generating identification with the rule of law, which is penetrated through the practice process of rule of law of China. It is necessary to cultivate college students'idea of rule of law and guide students in participating in legal practice to improve college students'literacy of rule of law. It is necessary to gradually propagandize concept of rule of law and impart standard of rule of law to them and cultivate their idea of rule of law. Only in this way, we can gradually enhance college students'identification with the rule of law, is undoubtedly the most important social recognition on young people's social recognition. It is significantly meaningful to lead in social ideological trend, shape social authority, and maintain & facilitate social development. To carry forward college students' identification with the rule of law, it is necessary to further stimulate contemporary college students'rich emotion on identification with the rule of law so that they could observe the value of rule of law and further cultivate contemporary college students' civic awareness and guide contemporary university students in taking root in life and positively participating in social practice on rights protection. That is, it is necessary to stick to five dimensions and a fundamental perspective:five dimensions such as intensifying propaganda and education of rule of law, cultivate emotion on rule of law, guide in internal value, cultivating civic awareness, getting into the thinking of rule of law; a fundamental perspective refers to participating in institutional practice. Five dimensions refer to the ideological and cultural concept of college students' identification with the rule of law. One fundamental perspective refers to the practical action of college students'identification with the rule of law. Five dimensions will ultimately be unified to the only one fundamental perspective. By studying the path problem of college students' identification with the rule of law based on this situation, college students' high-degree recognition on law-based recognition required for construction of rule of law of China at new era can be realized.
