Research On The Modernization Of National Governance By Mao Zedong And Its Philosophical Basis

The general purpose of deepening its all-round reform is to develop socialism with Chinese characteristics,to advance the modernization of national governance system and governance capability.And it pointed out the direction and the road for China to deepen the reform and promote the reform process comprehensively.To promote the modernization of national governance capacity not only based on the basic national conditions that China with a large population,economic development is not balanced and the tasks of comprehensive reform are complex and arduous,and using the country’s modern governance ideas to promote the transformation of national governance,but also we should learn from our predecessors’ beneficial exploration on the national governance and absorb the essence of traditional culture,to speed up the process of national governance capacity’s modernization.It’s a new project to solve the problems encountered in the current reform process and promote the modernization of the national governance system on the basis of studying and drawing lessons from Mao Zedong’s political wisdom and essence,and combining with China’s current reform practice.In this paper,the author discusses Mao Zedong’s exploration,achievements and contemporary value on the modernization of national governance capability with deepening China’s all-round reform as a macro background.The study focuses on the following questions: First,What are the historical background and conditions of Mao Zedong exploring the modernization of national governance capacity? What are the underlying philosophy and the philosophical basis of its dependence? Second,what are the major aspects of Mao Zedong exploring the modernization of national governance capacity? What are the results,experiences and mistakes? Third,how about the development of Mao Zedong’s exploring and its influences on the central leadership collective’s exploring on national governance?
