The Mutual Construction Of Unit Identity And Community Identity

The research of "unit" is one of the basic problems in the study of Sociology in China,and it is also one of the most active topics.A large number of academic achievements have been fulfilled in two aspects: one is from the macro perspective,the structural characteristics of the unit system vicissitude,social unit of analysis;the other is to explore from the internal structure,organization relationship and organization and the operation logic.The microscopic perspective,especially the micro perspective of the life history and destiny history of the "unit person",is relatively weak,which leads to a degree of defect in the research of the institution that "the system does not see people".The most disseminated,thorough and profound memory unit is not the staff or members of the society nor unit system,but those units still the retirees.In the period of unit work,the unit organization is carrying the public nature,which made the unit person depend entirely on the unit organization,and obtain the material life safeguard and the public spiritual life resources through the unit organization.In the process of continuous communication and frequent interaction,the unit people constantly construct their own value system and mode of action,forming a high level of collective consciousness and identity.With the dissolution and termination of the unit society,community development and community construction are highlighted as an important practical issue,and the trend of social members' atomization makes the new community identity meet the characteristics of the times need to be produced.This study tries to analyze from the perspective of "units" into the research unit,through the "retiree" as a special group,the "unit" to construct "units" of collective identity in the unit,to seek a new path of community life in public construction.Through the field investigation of the field object G community,as a typical representative of the old industrial base in Northeast China,the plight of the public nature of the G community is largely derived from the traditional "unit" color and factors.Therefore,this study focuses on revealing the complex structure of social identity and community identity in the "post unit" period,in order to explore the effective path of community identity.Firstly,it reviews the formation and characteristics of the residential area.Changes in G community have strong correlation with the changes of units.From the perspective of social construction,this study analyzes the influence of the two aspects of unit system and its internal organization function on the unit consciousness.From the point of view of subjective construction,the author analyzes the memory trace of unit people's glory,suffering and crisis and daily life emotion.It reveals the background of the formation of "unit person" collective identity,that is,in the unit society,even if the unit people live in the community,the community public nature is a kind of public property,which is dominated by the unit,and its identity is still a unit.Secondly,it describes the special path of the construction of the community public.The disintegration of the unit system makes the dependence on the political,economic,social life and so on.Unit social management and public service functions to peel off,most of the community organizations to undertake.The traditional unit has to adapt to a new form of social integration and social life style.The construction of the identity of the unit people in the community is a new proposition in the social governance at the grassroots level.The "unit" in the life of the community "field" seems to be completely "dismantling" or "off" state,but continued in the unit in the G community organizations during the period of traditional and cultural traditions at the community level.The background unit of society community exists in the unit of "invisible presence" phenomenon,reflects the unit "power capital",potential unit operation,the "cultural capital" history and unit "relationship capital" inherent continuity characteristics.Thirdly,it analyzes the obstacle factors of the formation of community identity.Even if the unit of society disintegrates,but it remains a wealth of resources,through the role of people in the community habitus unit in the field of life show."Unit" has not yet been completely evacuated the new community field,both positive functionand negative functions are obvious.The factors that restrict the realization of community identity,the power from the unit society is still very strong.The main obstacle factors have four aspects: one is the decline and derived units of the contradiction between cadres and masses,resulting in relation to bridge,the action is relatively independent,to mobilize the ability of leading cadres for the masses to diminish or disappear;two is closed and generate a small circle of operation,leading to community activities and community work in influence and radiation force greatly reduced.Informal community organizations hinder community public growth.Another one is the ageing cause of community lack of vitality,resulting in community affairs and the participation rate is insufficient,the whole community atmosphere dull,lack of vitality,between communities and residents have administrative segment,leading to the establishment of community workers and community residents trust and cooperation relationship.Finally,explore the possible path of community identity."Unit" and "community" is not the latter to simply replace the former,there is a more complex interaction between the two,symbiotic harmony and degeneration.The existing research aims to in the government and the community or national and social dimensions of the concept of community model and evaluate community,and ignore a basic fact that the community before the formation of unit property Chinese society has been neglected,and also to split the inner relationship between traditional and modern community units,both on the basis of the deviation of the past community construction.Community construction and community governance should follow the diversity of perspectives and multiple paths,especially in the region where the typical system of units is more concentrated,more importantly,we should respect the cohesion and acceptance of history itself.According to the G community Publicity in the process of the construction of "unit" is not completely "off" state,it will need cognitive schema for internal organizational resources and human resources of the fragmentation of the "unit" reintegration of resources into public structure transformation,to play its positive function in the construction of community in the process of the new public.Through the heritage and function of the inspection in unit period,it will not get abandoned in the community construction period but to make its use,and then contribute to the community identity and community integration,it has become a new direction of community public construction.
