The legend of Otsuka Water Management has a very important position in the history of Chinese ancient history and the history of Chinese modern scholarship. There are a large number of related records in ancient books. The ancients believed that Dayu had its own people.Mr.Gu Jiegang thought that the flood control of the floods was only a myth.Dayu was not a true historical figure. He initiated the modern campaign of suspicious ancient times, and thus he created China's modern mythology and folklore.Since the suspicious ancient school discovered the questioning of the historical authenticity of Dayu and Dayu's water-savvy legends, this issue has always been the focus of debate in the academic community. This issue involves the issue of legendary historical authenticity. The connection between legends and historical authenticity is a fundamental feature of legends that distinguishes them from folk tales and myths. It is a legend that always associates with specific historical figures and specific monuments are concerned. Therefore, the historical truth question of the legend should become the core issue of legendary research. However, influenced by the research paradigm of Gu Jiegang's story and the field of folk literature research,Chinese academic circles have always ignored the research on the historical authenticity of the legend, but only studied the folk legend as a folk story. The legend of Otsuka Water Management is widely found in the cities of Lucheng,Boshan,Shouguang, and Weifang. These places also have historic monuments related to these legends, such as Lu Wang Ting,Yan Wang Shan,Yan Wang He,and Luan.Temples,etc.Some legends and monuments can be traced back to the very old age. Most of these legends and monuments are located in the lower reaches of the river.Historically, they have been affected by floods. The reason why the legend of the Dayu Floods occurred and spread in these places is bound to have their real historical and geographical reasons. This paper is mainly to investigate and research objects of the legend of the Dayu River and the related historic sites in the city of North Shandong in the north of North Shandong, and to explore the historical authenticity of the legend. The full text is divided into four chapters:In the first chapter,"In the name of Yu.The name and legend of the North Shandong Daxie are closely related to the lower reaches of the Jiuhe River, where floods frequently occur in the north. The name of the city is related to the suffocation of the Old City. The suffocation of the Old City indicates that the area has been around since ancient times. There are legends of the Otsuka River spreading."Suffocation”means a place of great interest, and its name may be related to the myths that surround Yujiao County and Yansheng County. The spread of the name of Yucheng and the legend of Yucheng City show that the acquisition of place names and the occurrence of local legends are inseparable from the local wind and land. The ancient historical memories are preserved in place names and local legends.Local legends and their understanding must be understood.Authenticity,in the final analysis, requires wind and land in one place. The second chapter,"The Legend of the Ancient Hill," examines the history and legends of Shili Wangqiu, which is related to the Legend of Yucheng City.Since the ashes of the ancient city of the ancient city were not clearly recorded in County Records, the local literati and local governors of Lucheng City, according to local legends, designated the Shiliwang Tuqiu, ten miles west of Lucheng,as the flood control waters. The relics of the site were named "Juqiu",which is the location of the Dacheng Cultural Museum of the Yaowang Pavilion. In fact, this hill had already had the name of"Suiwangtai" in the Ming Dynasty. The name "Juqiu" was purely misunderstood, but it was firmly established by the confirmation of the local records and the official.During the Ming and Qing Dynasties, there were many cultural landscapes related to the flood control of Daxie, such as the Ruanji Pavilion,Shuwang Temple and the Taiyi Building.Folklore led to the construction of cultural landscapes related to it.As a memorial to historical memory, cultural landscapes in turn promoted the spread and inheritance of folklore and strengthened historical memory. The third chapter,"The Legend of Writing",examines the reconstruction of the Legend of Luancheng Dalu caused by the collection, compilation, and publishing of "three sets of folk literature" in the 1980s.The results of this event are reflected in the book "The Legends of King Wang Ting".This book collects dozens of local legends related to the scenery, famous places, historic sites, temples, ancient temples, and place names of the city. The story of Wang Zhishui is a legend about the origin of Qiu Ting,a place where Qiu Ting is located. This legendary text has obvious traces of literary creation and creation. The organizer himself also confirmed this.Although this text is a re-creation of the organizers,it is based on the local legend of Ju Qiu.However, the organizers do not hesitate to violate the basic principles of folk literature collection, and perform excessive literary processing on this legend and use this legend. The naming of the entire Luancheng folk literature integration reflects the important position of this legend in Luancheng's cultural memory.Chapter 4 "Reconstructing Ruins" Inspected since the 20th century, with the rise of local economic development, cultural industries, tourism, and intangible protection, the city has been dedicated to the redevelopment of the city based on local legends and related historical sites. The cultural landscape is to enhance the awareness of the community in Yucheng Dayu culture and enhance the reputation of Yucheng. These newly-created cultural landscapes, such as the Dayu Culture Museum,Daxu Park, the statues of the Daguzhishui Group, and the Daxie Culture and Water Conservancy Scenic Area, are all rooted in the old legends of the ancient city of Yucheng, and there are traditional traditions. The problem of over-interpretation of culture has greatly changed and reconstructed the memory of Dacheng Culture in Licheng, and concealed the original features of the legend of Lushui City.Through the investigation of the occurrence, inheritance, and rheological processes of the legend of the Dayu River in the northern part of the North Shandong region,it was shown that the legend of the Dayu River in Luancheng and the name of the Lucheng city were indeed preserved in the ancient historical memory.North Shandong area may be one of the early occurrences and spreads of the myth of flood control.
