Research On The Economic Ethics Under The Contemporary Law Of Sustainable Existence

The core issue of this paper is to study the economic ethics under the contemporary law of sustainable existence.Tworeasons forstudying this issue are that on the one hand,the contemporary way of economic growth leads to the crisis of human survival,on the other hand,the contemporary economic ethics has not yet formed a unified ethical rules.This paper attempts to establish a new law of sustainable existence,which is different from the traditional economic ethics law,to be as the basic contemporary law of economic ethics.Focused on this topic,this paper mainly studies four aspects: the premise of sustainable existence theory from contemporary economic ethic problems,the criticism on the traditional economic ethics law,the preliminary construction of economic ethics of sustainable existence and the practical strategy of contemporary sustainable existence.The premise of contemporary economic ethic problems lies in the prerequisite for sustainable existence theory.Economic ethics is a kind of value held in human economic behavior.Since the pursuit of sustainable existence value is the highest pursuit of contemporary human beings,economic ethics should also obey this pursuit,which asks people to regard the sustainable existence value as the starting point of contemporary economic ethical research.From the perspective of sustainable existence theory,economic ethics should break through the traditional values and be based on the survival and harmony of the global economic order,then explore the survival and anti-survival paradox in economic ethics,and ultimately explore ethics guarantees of human sustainable existence.The economic ethics of sustainable existence is a transcendence of the basic values of traditional ethics.This paper is to provide a theoretical basis for the construction of the economic ethics contemporary law of sustainable existence through the analysis and criticism of the ethical principles of traditional economic ethics.The traditional law of utilitarian economic ethics and the rationalist one have their own drawbacks.The former paysmuch attention to economic ethics experience starting from the material conditions of interest,and therefore cannot make ethical rules become the law ofeconomic behavior which owns inevitability.The latter pays too much attention to the abstract analysis of human naturetheory,so it is difficult to implement the common law of economic ethics in practical experience.This paper based on the existential problems of contemporary human,analysesthe basic problems which the economic ethics should respond to.Combining contemporary human survival crisis and the realistic predicament of capital logic,the second clue also analyses three basic problems which are economic freedom,economic rights equality and economic distribution justice,so as to draw the following conclusions: the research on those three problems has to regard human sustainable existence as the highest principle of value,thus,it forms three new basic problems,including economic freedomof sustainable existence,economic rights equality of sustainable existence and economic distribution justice of sustainable existence respectively.On the basis of Marx's historical materialism,the law of sustainable existence of economic ethics is put forward combining with the reality of contemporary human survival crisis.Therefore,the sustainable existence law of economic ethics is an extension of the application of historical materialism in economic ethics.From the perspective of historical materialism,capital logicis the over all root of contemporary human survival crisis,so the connotation of existence theory is gained by the criticism of capitalism given by the contemporary historical materialism.The criticism of Marx's political economics which contains the sustainable existence law of economic ethics,combined with Marx's theory of surplus value and Marx's analysis of the economic structure,explainsthe contained value presupposition of sustainable existence.The way of economic growth is the direct cause of the survival crisis.The basic problem of traditional economic ethics is the problem of ethical relationship between people and people in economic activities,which excludes the relationship between people and nature from ethics.From the point of view of the contemporary human survival crisis,the traditional law of economic ethics is not conducive to the sustainable existence of human beings.Therefore,the contemporary economic ethics should establish the law of sustainable existence as the supreme law of economic ethics,and all actions should be based on the highest principle of sustainable existence of the community,that is,to construct the economic ethics under the law of sustainable existence.Free economy,equal rights and justice distribution will only be meaningful when they are under the sustainable existence,which is the breakthrough of the traditional ethics rules.In the realistic implementation process,the sustainable existence law of economic ethics is the core of ecological civilization construction.
