Study On Family Precept Of Ming&Qing Dynasty

Family Precept Literature is important treasures of ancient culture,it carries with Confucian culture,leading Confucianism to folks.This thesis takes Family Precept Literature of Ming and Qing Dynasties as the research object,trying to present the basis their appearance character comprehensively and accurately.The whole text is divided into two parts,the first part is the general theory description,which grasps the Ming&Qing Family Precept on the whole.The fomer part is divided into four chapters.The first chapter is the general theory,Firstly we list an brief review of the history of the Family Precept:Family Precepts sprouted in the pre-Qin Dynasty,then comed to a slow development in the Qin and Han Dynasty,and matured in the Wei and Jin Dynasty,flourished in the Tang and Song Dynasty,at last in Ming and Qing Dynasty comes to a peak.To the last period of Qing Dynasty,Family Precepts fall to a declining stage.The thesis tries to demonstrate the close relationship between Confucianism and Family precepts on this basic history review,then it comes to a definition:Family Precept is admonishment which takes Confucianism as the core for the next generations in the area of morality,it is all about moral cultivation,and mostly made by parents earnestly,to admonish the future generations what to do and what can not be done.The content is generally formed by ways of housekeeping,manners of learning,communication skills and so no.Then it comes to a review of relevant research by now,put forward our views on the shortcomings of existing studies.The second chapter analyzes the phenomenon of prosperity and its inner developing veins.The first stage of Family Precepts of the Ming and Qing dynasty shows a conservative character,the second stage it becomes to show a diversified development.the last stage its development become more unreserved on form and content,and then the quantity rises to a peak.Thus we come to a conclusion,Family Precepts of the Ming and Qing dynasty mainly shows these character:large in the quantity,vast in the variety,stereotype,randomness,timeliness.In the end we analyzes the character of the authors on areal distribution.The third chapter analyzes the ideological content family precept of Ming and Qing Dynasty,it mainly deduces from concept of four aspect:self cultivation,livelihood,education,communication.then we can infer that,family precept of Ming and Qing Dynasty is built on the basis of Confucian culture,what it passes out does not exceed the scope of Confucian culture.Chapter ? compare family precept of Ming and Qing Dynasty with morality books.Because of their character of morality has something in common,there's religious entanglements between the two since the Family Precept become matural.through specific analysis to distinguish similarities and differences between the two,we can find that the divergence comes from different ideological core,namely Family Precept belongs to the Confucian,but morality books are base on the core of Taoist or Buddhist thought.The second part makes a survey on family precept of the Ming and Qing literature according to "Chinese Ancient Books Catalog " and other books,which contains a total number of one hundred and twenty kinds of books,we check them by eye examination,and then describe their version features one by one.The next step is summarizing their main content and writing a description of their spread process.If there are several versions,we will try to explore their own system on version relationship.For those who can not be survived because of all kinds of factor in the time,we will list them in the appendix form after the text as a supplement.
