Middle school stage is an important period of the formation of adolescent personality. During this period, individuals left primary school and entered middle school, gradually exposed to the community; The environment around them changed,individuals gradually transformed from children into adolescents, both physical and psychological changes taking place. In the past, both domestic and abroad researchers would study from problem behavior intervention for individuals at this stage, with the"defect" perspective to study the development of adolescents. Today, researchers have begun to focus on the potential plasticity of individual development, with a positive attitude to look at the development of adolescents,promoting the development of individual comprehensive health, which has become a trend.Shaping the healthy personality of middle school students is the direction of the current mental health education, and it is also an important goal of quality education in our country. Healthy personality is a higher level of mental health, which is the typical personality trait of healthy and balanced development in the personality structure. Healthy personality training is helpful to the middle school students to show and release their own personality characteristics; the personality quality formed in this period has the important influence to the future study, work, life and other aspects. In the discovery of the personality survey in Liaoning Province middle school, middle school students of low control type have emotional instability, bad behaviors and other issues, and middle school students of excessive control type lack the ability to express themselves due to their high self-control level. The above two types count 24.2% of the total. The middle school students who are in the last 5% in the every dimension of personality count over 50% in under-controlled type. The main content of this year's students' core literacy is to cultivate students' ability to adapt to the needs of lifelong development and social development. "The Outline of Education Guide for Elementary and Secondary Students' Mental Health" pointed out that the main task of health education of middle school students is to implement the quality education as the main goal, develop students' psychological potential, improve their psychological health level, cultivate all-round development of socialist builders and successors of social responsibility and innovative spirit and practical ability of mind and body.Although related researches have studied adolescent positive personality development both domestically and abroad from the single personality or emotional control and other aspects, yet no research has been done from middle school students'overall personality structure to promote the healthy development of personality.According to the needs of social development and the requirement of perfect personality, this study takes the structure of middle school students as the starting point, through effective activity design to realize the cultivation of junior middle school students' healthy personality.Study 1: The construction of the healthy personality cultivation goal of middle school students. First of all, teachers, parents and students were asked to sort according to the importance of their feelings on personality traits,integrating the results of teachers, parents and students by repeated measures ANOVA, and ultimately determine the overall goal of healthy development of personality of middle school students. On this basis,combining with the age characteristics of students'personality traits, positive student behavior description reported by teachers and parents, and finally put forward the periodic goals at training stage, which each grades of students should achieve.Study 2: designation of middle school students' healthy personality development education activity pool. Based on activity theory, positive adolescents development view, development's key period theory, flow theory and team dynamic, combined with overall goals and stage goals formed in study 1, using team experiential activity as supporter, adopting team psychological training's activity form, designed and selectd personality education activity for adolescents aged from 12-15. Finally this study confirmed that middle school students healthy personality education pool consists of 60 team psychological training activities, namely that, there are 2 activities for each of the characteristics of the training and each grade has 20 activities. Finally,pre experiments are carried out to confirm the effectiveness of the 60 activities.Study 3: Field experiment of middle school student's healthy personality promotion education. In this study, the first, second and third grade students in an ordinary middle school were randomly selected as the experimental class and the contrast class,a total of six classes. In the experimental class, the five dimensions of personality of these students were investigated for changes by implementing the psychological training programs which designated in study 2. Based on the questionnaire, situational experiment was added to further verify the effectiveness of the activity library.Study 4: The research of event related potentials in the healthy personality cultivation of junior high school students. The research mainly chooses the self control, the important trait in adolescents' personality structure to test, using P3 and N2 which present the self-control as the dependent variable, adopting the Stop signal task paradigm from neural physiological point of view to further examine the personality training activities to promote the healthy development of the personality of adolescents aged 12-15 effectively.The main conclusions of the study are shown below.1. According to the junior high school students' personality structure, the goal of junior high school students' healthy personality development refers to the development of typical personality traits that are generally stable, positively adaptive,namely social altruism, honesty and trustworthiness, innovation and enterprising spirit,independence, planning and orderly, responsibility, self-control, good communication,optimism, stable mood, healthy and harmonious development. The development of middle school students' healthy personality has the key period and the grade level.Using current "The Outline of Education Guide for Pupil's Mental Health" and students' core competence development system as the guidance, according to the age characteristics of personality traits, this study concretely constructs the stage goal of development of junior high school students in different grades.2. Based on the age characteristics and the key period of middle school students'healthy personality development, 60 groups experiential mental training activity plans selected are effective and can be used as the experimental variables of junior high school students healthy personality education Healthy personality training activities should choose the best carrier for junior high school students. Groups experiential activities were put forward based on activity theory, positive youth development,flow experience theory, group dynamics theory and critical development period. Group psychological training as the form of activity can make junior high school students actively participate in them and through experience, junior high school students gradually internalize positive personality traits, and therefore group experiencing psychological training is an important carrier to cultivate the students sound personality education.3. Based on the quasi-experimental design, group experiential mental training programs as the independent variables, the five dimension of junior high school students' personality development as the dependent variable, educational field experiment was carried out for one semester. Before and after the experiment, the first,second and third grade students were assessed by two kinds of measuring methods,the questionnaire and the situational test. The results showed that the personality training activities can effectively promote the development of junior high school students' healthy personality, and the results of the two evaluation methods are basically consistent.4. ERP study on self-control was conducted to examine the effectiveness of the healthy personality development activities from the perspective of electrophysiological testing. The results showed that N2 and P3 average amplitude of junior high school students in the experimental class after the experiment were significantly changed. While the control group did not which showed that the personality training activities on the junior high school students have influenced their brain reactions to specific events, which further confirmed the effectiveness of healthy personality training activities.
