Infectious disease prevention and control equipment(IDP&CE),which is the material basis for prevention and control of infectious diseases,is an important part of infectious disease prevention and control(IDP&C)system.And it is the direct reflection of the level of technology and on-site deployment capacity of IDP&C.At present,China’s IDP&CE system is not perfect and the degree of modularity is not high,the equipment configuration standards are not uniform,and lacks of scientific evaluation methods and simulation methods on support capability.Therefore,this topic studies the allocation of the modular design of IDP&CE to achieve the standardization and normalization of equipment application mode,support process,and guarantee link.On the basis of modular equipment aollocation,by evaluating and simulating the support ability of equipment,to realize the operation and evaluation & simulation of IDP&CE support capability under specific background epidemic of infectious diseases,can establish suitable evaluation & simulation platform for different levels of IDP&C,so as to achieve the goal of optimizing the planning of IDP&C and to assist the disease prevention and control institutions to make decisions.Main contents and methods:1.Design and study on modularizationThis paper analyzes and decomposes the task of prevention and control of infectious diseases applying the principle of system theory,sets up the sub system and basic module of IDP&CE according to the functional requirements of the equipment,and establishes a modular equipment system for IDP&C by application of module clustering algorithm.We use the method of cluster analysis to verify the conclusion of the modular system,and realize the decomposition and division of the equipment from a mathematical point of view.We further clarified the equipment requirements of IDP&C by analysis of characteristics and the basic process of infectious disease.And then the modularized allocation of IDP&CE can established after modular recombination.According to the different background of infectious diseases and different function range of disease control agencies,different IDP&CE allocation plans can be established for different mission requirements of IDP&C by using field investigation and questionnaire to determine the type and quantity of demand for IDP&C,to verify the conclusion of modular design.2.Evaluation of the support abilityAccording to the requirement of IDP&C,comprehensive evaluation methods are used to evaluate the IDP&CE.The comprehensive evaluation methods include linear weighted comprehensive method,Delphy expert survey method,analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Through the test data,it is proved that the mechanism in the field of IDP&CE allocation is still very weak in China,the dealing with the level of larger epidemic situation of is also difficult.So it is imperative to improve the allocation and function of IDP&CE.In the aspect of equipment support effectiveness,some of the IDP&CE in our country now has a better security performance.Based on the evaluation theory above,evaluation software platform of IDP&CE support ability can be developed,so as to effectively simplify the application of avaluation assessment and to realize the popularization and application of equipment evaluation platform,which can provide important reference basis and auxiliary decision for the command and control of IDP&C and the equipment configuration,selection and procurement of disease control institutions at all levels.3.Development of simulation systemBased on the conclusions of the modularization research and the evaluation of the support ability of the IDP&CE,the simulation platform can developed for simulating the process of IDP&C.In simulation theory,we discusses the designing,modeling and operation mode of the IDP&C simulation system,and we develop the simulation software platform on the basis of geographic information system and computer programming technology.The platform can realize the generation of typical infectious disease disposal site background environment,searching for information of IDP&CE,infectious disease,and IDP&C institutes,display of typical scene of IDP&CE,disposition of equipment allocation program,and simulation of IDP&C process and other functions.In order to further formed equipment allocation model,control system,multi screen multimedia system,which is a visual,controllable,adjustable and interactive electronic integration platform with software infrastructure,can provide decision support for the infectious disease site disposal institutes.In summary,this study focuses on the field of IDP&C service tasks and equipment requirements,establishes the modularized equipment system of IDP&C,allocates equipment for different process and different disposal object of IDP&C,sets up different levels of infectious disease disposal of the equipment allocation scheme,and develops IDP&CE simulation and evaluation software platforms based on GIS platform and the technology of computer programming.This study realized the standardization and optimization of IDP&CE support process,the security link and the equipment application mode.Optimization allocation and support capability assessment for the requirements of IDP&CE for different levels of disease control agencies is achieved,which can provide a theoretical basis for the optimization and reasonable allocation of IDP&CE.Based on modular equipment allocation,this study establishes a simulation platform to simulate typical institutes,typical events,and typical environment of IDP&C,which can clearly reflect support link of IDP&C and will provide decision support for the implementation of the simulation data and practice of IDP&C.Through this study,the support ability can be improved and equipment allocation can be scientifically of great significance on the future.The main innovation of the research is as follows:(1)By the application of system theory to analyze the demand of IDP&C,a modular system of IDP&CE is established to provide reference for the development of IDP&CE;(2)According to the requirement of IDP&C,the IDP&CE modular allocation schemes are established for the optimization and reasonable allocation provides a theoretical basis;(3)based on requirements of modular equipment,supporting ability evaluation can be realized by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the efficiency of IDP&CE and provide the decision support for IDP&C;(4)The IDP&CE evaluation and simulation system is developed to provide simulation data and decision support for implementation and practice of IDP&C.
