| Objective:Professor Zhu Liangchun,master of traditional Chinese Medicine,is the student of Master Zhang Cigong.He had developed his own academic idea on treating refractory diseases after 70 years clinical practice and found a new academic school "Zhang Zhu school".Taking care of spleen and kidney differs this school from other schools,and had collected abundant clinical cases on treating refractory diseases.for treating refractory diseases.This essay introduced part of Master Zhu’s academic idea,such as immunological diseases and cancer,and tried to spread Chinese Medicine to the public.Methods:I made a systemic review and analysis of Master Zhu’s academic thoughts through collecting medical records,publications,lectures and interviews during doctoral studying.This essay started at the beginning,from enlightment,exploration to maturation.I used excel to analyze collected medical records,175 cases of tumor and 65 cases of other refractory diseases from Liang Chun Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital,and made a rough conclusion.Results:I made a conclusion that Master Zhu treats the structure of formula seriously,and chooses single medicine as a general handles a troop.He always tries his best to make a formula which is useful for both main symptom and accompanied symptom.For easily reading,I put notes at each medical record,and made a rough analysis on the relationship between doses of medicine and the disease,try to find some intrinsic rule.The appendix is some empirical formulae,which are the best evidence for his theory.Conclusion:In a word,Professor Zhu focuses on both strengthening vital Qi and taking care of spleen and kidney for treating refractory diseases.It is critical for our followings to inherit his academic idea of physiology and pathology of refractory diseases and develop it,especially the special use of Chinese medicine,such as the dose and interaction between medicine.With the help of this essay,I wish Master Zhu’s school will be wide spread and better applied. |
