ObjectiveBased on collecting and organizing the literature on migraine in past years,Chinese medicine clinical treatment of it could be figured out though data mining and statistical analysis.MethodsFrist of all,collect records of migraine in each generation in order.Secondly,organize the data and set up a database which has three forms:the Ming and qing dynasties form,morden form,and the total form.Then analysis these figures by the spss statistics 20 including Frequency analysis and factor analysis.According to association rule,find out the relationships among symptom,medicine,and the pain sites by the spss modeler 18.Eventually,find a new result,and have a new understanding for migraine treatment.Conclusion1.According to the statistics of the frequency of migraine,we found that the high frequency factors included emotional factors,fatigue factors,menstrual factors.2.Through frequency analysis,we can learn that the associated symptoms of migraine are Insomnia,nausea,vomiting,constipation,irritability,mouth pain,dry mouth,eye pain,fatigue,dizziness,tinnitus,palpitation.As a result of non-detailed recordings and low frequency of symptoms,we use the medicine factor analysis and association rule to summarizeregular migraine types as well.The followings are the types of migraine:liver-yang hyperactivity,liver-yang forming wind,exogenous pathogenic wind,liver-fire flaming,chalice stagnation sputum interference syndrome,bravery fire disturbance,Liver heat clip phlegm,Blood deficiency,qi asthenia,qi-blood deficiency,Deficiency of Kidney Jing,yin deficiency,bloodstasis obstruction,liver depression and qi stagnation.3.Through the analysis of different historical periods and the comprehensive database of high frequency drugs,we can conclude that the clinical treatment of migraine:Calming liver and suppressing liver-yang,The method of liver XiFeng,Breeze nourish method,The treatment with removing heat from the liver,Clearing away heat-evil,Nourishing blood method,Method of qi and blood tonic,Activating blood circulation,Reconciling shaoyang formula.4.Because of the complex migraine types,migraine treatments are various.Chinese medicine always cooperates with each other,so we analysis the Chinese medicine including Relieve medicine,Qingre medcine,Tonic drugs,Huatan medicine,Qufeng medicine,Blood-activation,Interior-warming drugs,Qi-regulating drugs?Reconciliation medicine.5.The association rules of 16 pairs of drugs were discovered by using association rules,those pairs include Asarum sieboldi&Ligusricum wallichii,Ligusricum wallichii&Notoprergium,Rhizoma ligustici wallichii&Angelica dahurica,Rhizoma ligustici wallichii&Angelica,Radix paeoniae rubra&Rhizoma ligustici wallichii,Uncaria&Batryticated silkworm,Rhizoma coptidis&Radix scutellariae,Radix bupleuri&Radix scutellariae,Radix bupleuri&Coptis,Bamboo shavings&Pinellia,Jujube&Ginger,Cassia twig&Radix paeoniae alba,Cultivated land&Paeonia,The attached&Radix bupleuri,Rhizoma ligustici wallichii&Sweet attached.6.Clinically,there are many prescriptions for headache treatment.The prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine dictionary recorded hundreds of decoction,and based on statistical analysis,we find out the clinical decoction:Tianma Gouten decoction,Lingjiao Gouten decoction,Banxia Baizhu soup,Yigong soup,Si junzi decoction,Chaihu Shugan decoction,Qiongzhi Shigao soup,Erchen decotion,Buxue decoction,Siwu decoction,Xiaochaihu decoction.7.Through the analysis of the frequency of pain in different periods of migraine,the highest frequency of migraine is Alternating pain,and in the Ming and Qing Dynasties,the ratio of the frequency of migraine in the left or right type was higher than that in the modern times,while the ratio of the frequency of migraine in the left side and the right side of migraine was lower than that in the modern times.8.Based on the analysis of the association rules between the different historical periods and the database of drugs and pain,we found that:(1)In the Ming and Qing Dynasties migraine syndromes,The right migraine is belongs to endogenous,hyperactivity of liver Yang Syndrome Endogenous;in modern times right of migraine belongs to endogenous,liver wind and blood stasis,bile stagnation and phlegm disturbance.(2)In modern times,most of the left migraine belongs to the syndrome of yin deficiency and exogenous wind evil.(3)In modern time,alternating migraine belongs to the migraine disease syndrome of hyperactivity of liver Yang,yin deficiency,.blood deficiency,bile stagnation sputum interference,endogenous.Conclusions(1)Combing the origin of migraine,mastered the rule of the Prescriptions of migraine in the Ming and Qing Dynasties,modern times,the evolution of the two historical periods,laid the foundation for the study of literature.(2)Through statistical analysis,summed up the Ming and Qing Dynasties and modern two different periods of migraine disease syndrome rules:1,Ming and Qing Dynasties in the treatment of migraine with more emphasis on the table method,using the solution of heat clearing method in modern period of more than empirical,use tonic medicine,the medicine more than the Ming and Qing dynasties.(3)The association rules analysis of the drugs used for high frequency database of medical records,found that 16 of the commonly used drugs.These drugs except for some of the known,also unearthed some unknown drug,to a certain extent,reveals the application of traditional Chinese medicine characteristics in the treatment of migraine,provides further explore the basis for experimental study and summarized the experience of traditional Chinese medicine.(4)The statistical methods of literature research and case studies using migraine combined,has done in-depth research from different aspects of migraine disease treatment of the law,summed up the 15 syndrome types of migraine disease,9 therapeutic methods,12 prescriptions.(5)According to data analysis,dig out the migraine associated sites with different etiology and pathogenesis,the drugs also have the difference,provides a new idea for clinical diagnosis and treatment of migraine.(6)It summarizes the lifting method has important significance in the treatment of migraine,the supplement of existing materials,enrich the migraine treatment of the law.
