Research purpose: This subject aimed to optimize the detection technology index of biophoton from the end of human fingers on the basis of ultra weak photon emission detection platform which was build in the early stage of our team, and research the correlation between the biophoton emission of fingers and the syndrome of deficiency of lung-Qi and heat-phlegm stagnating the lung based on the theory of human biophoton.Research content: The patients with the syndrome of deficiency of lung-Qi and heat-phlegm stagnating the lung were regarded as the research object and the healthy persons were regarded as the control group. Using the ultra weak photon emission detection system, we detected the intensity of biophoton emission from the end of fingers in order to research the correlation between the biophoton emission of fingers and the syndrome of deficiency of lung-Qi and heat-phlegm stagnating the lung so as to discuss the feasibility of quantifying the syndrome of deficiency of lung-Qi and the syndrome of heat-phlegm stagnating the lung. Conclusion: By detecting the intensity of biophoton emission from the end of fingers and analyzing the changes of the characteristic index of biophoton emission, we found the significant differences between the groups of syndrome of deficiency of lung-Qi and control, the syndrome of heat-phlegm stagnating the lung and control as well as the syndrome of deficiency of lung-Qi and the syndrome of heat-phlegm stagnating the lung.Using different discriminated method to distinguish this 3 groups we found that the characteristic index of biophoton emission from the end of fingers could better distinguish the groups of syndrome of deficiency of lung-Qi, the syndrome of heat-phlegm stagnating the lung and the control. This indicated that the biophoton emission from the end of fingers could be used in the correlation research of the TCM syndrome. And this provided a feasible method for the quantitative study of TCM syndrome.
