Objective:Through Yao Bi Tong Capsule on rats with transplantation of autologous nucleus pulposus model in dorsal root ganglion tissue and expression of phosphorylated p38 MAPK in effect research, of Yaobitong Capsule on the treatment of lumbar disc herniation mechanism, for in-depth study of the analysis of effective components in traditional Chinese medicine, pharmaceutical provided pure and preparation process and clinical pharmacological effects will play a positive effect.Methods:SD rats were randomly divided into 3 groups: the blank group, the model group and the capsule group. Transplantation of autologous nucleus pulposus model was established in the model group and the capsule group. Giving normal saline treatment in the model group and giving Yaobitong capsule for 30 d in the capsule group. Observe and record dorsal root ganglia tissue pathological and histological changes and numbers to mechanical stimulation pain threshold?phosphate assay of p38 MAPK expression levels,and the results were analyzed with statistics.Results:In the model group rats dorsal root ganglion morphology was nuclear membrane appeared boundary is not clear, and in the cytoplasm of a cell and vacuolar tissue and plasma cells in the Nissl bodies distribution is disorder, nucleolar staining pale or even disappear in morphology, but the waist Tongbi capsule group of experimental rat dorsal root ganglion tissue morphology was significantly improved, the nuclear membrane boundary is not clear gradually become clear, and the cytoplasm is full of fine particulate matter(Nissl bodies), Nissl corpuscles distribution from the state of disorder into relatively homogeneous state, nucleolus staining pale or even disappear into more clearly evident. compared with the blank group, model group and Yao Bi Tong Capsule group initial pain threshold differences had no statistical significance(P > 0.05). Compared with the blank group, model group eventually pain threshold was decreased significantly, the difference is statistically significant(P < 0.01); compared with the model group, Yao Bi Tong Capsule group final pain threshold was reduced significantly increased, the difference has statistical significance(P < 0.05). Phosphorylation p38 mark model group in the protein expression level was significantly higher than that of blank group; Yaobitong capsule group phosphorylation p38 mark protein expression levels were significantly lower than those in the model group.Conclusion:Yao Bi Tong Capsule on rats with transplantation of autologous nucleus pulposus model symptoms of morphological changes in dorsal root ganglion organizations can play a role in improving, Yao Bi Tong Capsule can reduce the expression of tumor necrosis factor alpha and interleukin- 1 and its mechanism may relate to the expression levels of phosphorylated p38 MAPK, thereby inhibiting the expression of inflammatory cytokines in the body, improve the negative symptoms. As a kind of medicine for treating lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion, lumbar Bi Tong Capsule has good clinical effect, and has good clinical application prospect.
