ObjectiveTo test the safety and efficacy of dorsal root ganglion injection in order to find a new method to improve the prognosis of lumbar disc herniation surgery.Summary of background dataThe early post - operation pain of lumbar disc hemiation surgery and the failed back surgery syndrome are the main reasons which influenced the effect of surgery. Because inflammatory reaction remained to affect the corresponding nerve root and dorsal root ganglion, and compression acted to inhibit the nourishment of nerve tissue, simple surgery can t avoid it. In order to improve the prognosis, many methods had been used, but the whole effect was not good.MethodsAdult wistar rats 108 were divided into control group and experimental group , experimental group contain inflammatory control ( Group B) and drg injection group ( total 4 group : Group C, normal saline 10ul; Group D, bupiva-caine 10ul; Group E, dexamethasone 10ul; Group F, bupivacaine and dexam-ethasone mixture 1:1). Experiment group : autologus nucleus pulposus is put onto bilateral DRG. 3 day later, Group B, incision is been opened ,untreated . other groups ,drg was injected different drugs . the ethology index was been determined at pre - operation ,post - operation 1d, 3d and post — injection 2d 4d 7d, 10d, 14d, 21 d. After secondary operation 7d, 14d, 21 d ,drg was made to...
