The Investigation Of Canine Endometritis In Zhengzhou And The Study Of The Treatment Of Sodium Houttuyfonate On It

Canine endometritis is an inflammation in the endometrium of canine which is induced by the external factors.Pet owners and hospitals pay more attention on canine endometritis nowadays.This paper makes some statistics on suffering canines in four pet hospitals of three districts of zhengzhou in 2013-2015.After adding up the whole data,we obtained 613 effective cases,analyzed the relationship among the occurrence of endometritis,ages and breed variety.Our experiment drew a conclusion,endometritis has shown a growing trend for the past few years;As for the breed variety,smale dogs have taken up a great proportion of the morbidity such as Chihuahua,bo mei gao.As for the towser,the Golden Retriever occupies a large proportion of the morbidity;As far as the age is concerned,canines whose age are more than 6 have a high morbidity,especially the ones that have no history of mating or fertility.Whereafter,we dated back to 68 cases of canine endometritis whose diagnosis is definite,and analyzed the clinical diagnosis and treatment.As the result shows,the diagnosis of endometritis is a comprehensive diagnostic method,through the medical history and combined with the symptoms and laboratory tests can make the endometritis clear.Furthermore,we further study the pathogenesis of endometritis.It turned out that there was a positive correlation between the content of progesterone and the molecular phosphorylation level of NF-?B and MAPK.The above results show that the occurrence of canine endometritis is related to the content of progesterone and estrogen.Subsequently,we selected the canines that were clinically diagnosed to be open endometritis as our study object.Probe the effect of SH on its treatment.The results indicated that clinical indicators,estrogen and progesterone levels of suffering canines were all regulated positively after given SH individually.The change of clinical indicators,estrogen and progesterone content was particularly conspicuous after added SH to the drug combination.Its efficiency(86.7%)was higher than the efficiency of the positive control group(73.3%).These results suggest that SH has the effect of treating open endometritis.Its therapeutic effect will beenlarged when combined with the drugs that commonly used to treat canine therapy.Finally,we studied the anti-inflammatory effect and mechanism of SH in vitro experiments.The results indicate that SH can obviously inhibit the increase of LPS mediated proinflammatory cytokines,and suppress the activation of NF-?B pathway.These results suggest that,nowadays,the incidence of endometritis is increasing year by year in domestic,the diagnosis of endometritis is a comprehensive diagnostic method.Its pathogenesis may be related to the estrogen,progesterone levels and the activation of signal transduction pathways in the body.SH may play an important role in the protect effect on the occurrence of canine endometritis.
