In the 21 st century,global climate change has become one of the most important challenges all over the world today.The city is the main site of the human activity and the consumption of energy,it is also the key to control the greenhouse gas emissions and implement the strategies of mitigation,so that the climate-friendly low-carbon-oriented urban development model has become a new urban planning and design issues.This paper applies quantitative and qualitative research methods,based on the neighborhood scale and urban scale,to provide optimization design strategies for the construction of climate-friendly space environment.The low-carbon city mechanistic studies and mechanistic studies ware sorted out in this paper and the practice of low carbon programs at home and abroad ware resolved.According to the audit methodology carbon emissions,this paper took statistics of Guangzhou overall carbon emissions about construction,transportation and industrial sector and make low carbon scenario simulation.It is realized that solely to promote building energy efficiency,control measures such as the number of cars is difficult to realize the architectural sector and carbon emissions in the transportation sector.Therefore,design strategies based on optimization of the micro-climate,land and transportation conjunction to reduce carbon emissions were put forward.Comparing the road density of 6 low-carbon eco-city,street design strategies that control the width of the street,narrow street intersection and strengthen the interface interaction were put forward.In the research of low-carbon design strategy based on land development,DUTE was used to simulate the impact of land development on micro-climate,combining with climatic factors such as thermal environment,wind,sunshine distance.Design strategy which give priority to improve volume rate,improve the first floor overhead rate and make use of location channel to guarantees sunshine were proposed.From the interactive feedback between high intensity development and low-carbon transport,design strategy of achieving density partition with public transport and mixing multi-level multi-type functions with different time period were put forward.In the research of low-carbon design strategy based on urban streets,ENVI-met was used to verify the street patterns on micro-climate.The influence regularity of the street canyon width,the width and height of buildings were analyzed.Design strategy of selecting aspect ratio according to street level,increasing ventilation on both sides of the street and applying comprehensive measures was put forward.The road network intensity and appropriate neighborhood scale were discussed under the guidance of low-carbon.In the research of low-carbon design strategies based on public facilities,ENVI-met was used to verify the public space distribution effect on micro-climate.Based on the principle of integrity,efficiency and openness,the design strategy,which can compensate for public space through space and can achieve a synergy of building and public space,realizes centralized open space distribution.Accounting the distribution of public facilities of Guangzhou Metro Line 1 and Line 4,for the purpose of strengthening the coupling of public facilities and large – capacity transport.Design strategy of arranging public facilities in a hierarchy according to bus station location,adjusting the composition,the structure and the construction sequence of public facilities according to their function was put forward.It is found that through the urban design strategies which include land development intensity design strategy,urban street design strategy and public facilities design strategy,it can promote the carbon emissions reduction of buildings and transportation.As a result,the low carbon city design strategy was formed while taking Guangzhou as an empirical object.
