A Study On Ecological Harmonious Planning Of Mountain Urban Spatial Pattern

This paper starts with a study on problems for developing mountainous cities in the rapid urbanization,and requirements of developing mountainous cities in the perspective of ecological civilization establishment.To establish a planning theory for harmonious ecological urban spatial pattern,it chooses the mountainous cities to study,and basically presents the concept of ecological harmony and urban spatial pattern.Then by integrating those two kinds of concept by means of philosophy and system science,four-dimensional planning on the basis of ecological harmony is concluded.This paper finally presents planning strategy and methods corresponding to each dimension by analyzing the basic influence factors to urban spatial pattern planning for mountainous cities.To better explain and prove such strategies and methods,and combine theory with practice,it chooses Chongqing metropolitan area as a typical example,and conducts case studies.As to theoretical study,this paper firstly analyzes the meaning of harmonious ecology and urban spatial pattern,and then integrates them together in systematic characters to present a brand new planning concept of ecological harmonious urban spatial pattern.Secondly,it specifically indicates the ecological harmony concept contains objective adaptation and subjective coordination,and urban spatial pattern contains duality and multi-level.It also defines the ecological harmonious as the qualitative description,the urban spatial pattern of mountainous city as the systematic object.Thirdly,this paper formulates a four-dimensional planning theory for the ecological harmonious spatial pattern of mountainous cities,and defines the theory as a kind of systematic optimization planning with limited target.At last,it is indicated that the objective factor adaptation and subjective factor coordination all together contribute to the ecological harmonious urban spatial pattern of mountainous cities.In detail,the objective factor adaptation corresponds to natural and artificial environment;the subjective factor coordination corresponds to cultural and social factors.On condition of mountainous cities,it analyzes the sub-factors for each of them.As to planning methods,this paper presents the systematic framework for spatial pattern planning of mountainous cities on the basis of the four-dimensional planning theory.Within the urban level and district level,based on the analysis on factors affecting urban spatial pattern planning in mountainous cities,this paper raises a series of planning and methods in aspects of natural environment adaptation,artificial environment adaptation,culture guidance,and social guidance.The innovation of this paper lies in the planning and methods for mountainous urban spatial pattern.In the light of current urban spatial planning and methods,this paper reorganizes the mountainous urban spatial pattern.In the view of objective adaptation and subjective coordination,by applying the four-dimensional planning theory into the optimization for such planning,it finally establishes a research system of mountainous urban spatial planning in different perspectives.This paper is significant to the establishment of harmonious ecological urban spatial pattern planning in mountainous cities,and research achievement of urban spatial pattern planning and related methods in mountainous cities.The viewpoints in the paper will be useful to solve problems in mountainous urban development,and guide the mountainous urban planning,so as to formulate a scientific and reasonable urban spatial pattern.
