| Architecture design is the core of the construction activities,whose institutional system is the base of the order of industrial operation.Not only being the main work of its practitioners,architecture design and construction is but also the important platform for the game among the relevant stakeholders of construction works.Currently,the coordination mechanisms of architecture design in our country is not yet pefect,and the values and positons among the different stakeholders conflict seriously,which makes the resources should be used into projects consumed by the internal contradictions of the construction trade.Therefore,it is necessary to survey the problems of current institutional environment objectively and give suggestions for its improvement,in order to establish an new order of the construction trade,which is right-duty clear and operating efficiently.It is proved by western experience that decided by whose professional nature,architects playing the key role of construction projects is the most efficient way of using social resources.However,due to the influence of historic elements and the restrictions of realistic environment,the vocational level of Chinese architects can’t support their new role definition,and the ubiquitous indignant emotions also make them have prejudices against the value appeals of other interest subjects.Chinese architects must broaden their vision and improve their capacities,so as to match the new institutional environment.Based on describing the construction trade ecology of China objectively,this paper discussed the possibility and the general framework of the new industrial order,in order to improve the understanding from architects to other stakeholders,and make architects envisage their shortcomings.And then,under the dual effections from system adjustments and capacity improvements,the value consensus based on ethics and well-intentioned collaboration atmosphere of the construction trade can form.This paper contains four parts.Firstly,according to the definition of order,the paper reconstructed the academic frame of architecture ethics that the theoretical support of this paper,and briefly introduced its academic achievements and theory tools related with this topic in order to help readers establish the ethical perspective to observe the phenomenons of the construction trade.Secondly,based on plentiful interview materials,this paper relatively elaborated the architectural ethical values and professional realistic difficulties of construction-related groups(administrator,investor,designer,construction unit,user),and by which presented the realistic state of the ecology of the construction trade.Thirdly,this paper opened up discussions on some focus problems.By analysing the real attitudes of related groups,this paper demonstrated the contradictoriness and complicacy of the ethical judgements towards construction activities,and provoked the thoughts of the institutional roots back of the contradictions.At the conclusion part,according to the vocational service contents of western architects,the paper proposed a conception of new order of industry with the architects as the core role,discussed its institutional system,and justified it by ethics theories.At last,the paper gave some advices to architects which would be under the new mechanism environment. |
