In the past35years, China has created a miracle in the world. TheBeijing-Tianjin-Hebei area has been not only the political and culturalcenter of China,but also the economic, trade and financial center. Thisarea has plenty of science and technology resources. As a pioneer ofreform, this area occupies an important strategic position in China’sdevelopment pattern.The Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei area has the basis and conditions in thecoordinated development.This area should coordinate with each other andshould develop better and faster. But in fact that theBeijing-Tianjin-Hebei area is not strong enough, the coordinationmechanism of administrative region is not perfect, regional developmentimbalances, environmental degradation is serious. Especially in thelast two years, severe haze often occurs in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebeiarea, PM2.5makes every people uncomfortable.Some people caught severerespiratory disease because of haze.Many people complain about thepollution of the environment.This area hides a huge potential power ofdevelopment, but still have not show it. Compared with the advancedregions in the world, this area still has a long way to go.The individuality and the difference is the power of developmentbecause differences call for coordination.How to recognize andunderstand the content and features of regional development？How toestablish institutional mechanisms for effective regional coordination?How to promote the various elements of productive cooperate with eachother?
