The Empirical Research On The Influencing Factors Of Growth Of The Listed Companies In Beijing-tianjin-hebei Region

Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei area is China’s political,economic and cultural center.Economic cooperation in the region since the reform and opening up has never stopped.In recent years with XI Jinping,the General Secretary for national leadership on behalf of coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei slogan,and its rise as a national strategy.BeijingTianjin-Hebei area has a long history and culture,geographical location,rich natural resources and convenient transportation,the talented,has the advantage of collaborative development.The development of a region,a country,without the most important microeconomic organization of the company.Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is no exception.By2013 Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei area a total of 328 companies listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange or the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.These companies for economic and social development in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei area provided strong support.However,on the whole,economic development in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region lags far behind the Pearl River Delta and Yangtze River Delta regions,between Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei there are differences economic development,Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei hasn’t achieved sustained,rapid and coordinated development of the economy.Promoting the development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,We not only need State support,also need their own efforts.Especially good growth for listed companies in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and in order to promote sustainable development of economy and society in the region.The Paper based on the study of growth concept and the basic theory, and analysis Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei area listed company development status,building has Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei area growth sex evaluation indicators system and growth sex effects factors indicators system,and to 2011-2013 Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei area SSE and SSE of listed company for sample,collection has three years of indicators data,giving priority to with regression analysis method, factor analysis method is complementary,research effects Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei area listed company growth some of the important financial and non-financial factors. In this paper, we study how these factors influence the growth of listed companies in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, and on the basis of capital structure,Internal management system, human resource management and the development of environmental protection and so on development put forward constructive Suggestions, in order to promote the growth of listed companies of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region get a better development.
