Study On Valuation Of Mining Rights Of Coal Resources And Risk Analysis

This thesis carrys out a systematic study of the value of China’s coal miningrights assessment applying the mining economics, option theory, asset evaluation,statistics and risk theory and knowledge. The paper detailes analysis of the status ofthe development of China’s coal mining rights, pointing out that with the economicand social development, the traditional mining rights assessment methods have theirlimitations. From the point of view of economics, the thesis studies the value of coalmining rights and ecological value is part of the value of the coal mineral rights, usingthe residual income pro rata to study the value of coal resources. As the coal mine ofJincheng City, Shanxi Province for an example, the thesis study on coal mining rightsassessment system.
