A Study On Philosophy Of Pre-Qin Contingency And Application Of Enterprise Management

In the era of international surging wave, the market is constantly changing and highly competitive. Also environment becomes more and more uncertain. Companies face series of challenges and opportunities. For our Chinese enterprises, we experienced the restructuring of the modern enterprise management system. In the development model of pursuit of corporate cost-effective and fast-growing, the core factor which restricts the development of enterprises is always management. Corresponding, the long-history and profound Confucianism implies very rich management wisdom and these management thought has inspiration for China’s enterprises’ management practices in philosophical level and has instructive value at the operational level. Therefore, in the face of contemporary China and the complex situation of the world today, we should precede from the era of the new competitive environment and management trends, and closely link to China’s social and cultural characteristics, and explore Confucian philosophy depth. With the integration of Eastern and Western management science, creating new business management model and giving the Confucian management Thought in the modern sense become the current urgent task.This paper focuses on the issues about the pre-Qin Confucian jing quan thought in the modern enterprise management application. First, according to our business management practice extracts this research topic. Though the literatures review of study on Confucian Management Thought, we clear the status of the study and determine this research idea. Secondly, we systematically combed the main representative of Confucianism, such as Confucius, Mencius and Xunzi, etc. We also analyze the content and form of their jing quan thought, and summarize and refine the development process of Confucian jing quan thought. Thirdly, we rebuild the management system of the Confucian jing quan thought and analyze its management content of the jing and quan. We establish the modern management system which contains the philosophy systematic view of the jing quan thought, the methodology of the jing quan thought and management behavior of the jing quan thought. And this management system can offer us a mode of thinking to entirely and correctly understand the application of jing quan thought. Finally, we pay our attention on the construction of the pre-Qin jing quan thought’s application of modern business management system. Starting from the defect of Western Contingency Management, we analyze the feasibility of Confucian jing quan thought’s application of modern business management and presented philosophy thought about jing quan thought in the modern enterprise management and build the system framework of enterprises’ jing quan management system and analyze modern jing quan management concept、 operating concept、goals concept and realm model and provide a realization growth and sustainable development management ideas for enterprise management behavior. So we think the modern enterprise management should follow the rule of "Hop Road, timely and appropriate" and adopt the strategy of "adapting Only by changes, accompanying with time","timely movement","complementary of yin and yang, to use Chinese thought","primary and secondary, to seize the key" and "seek practical results". We also thoroughly analyze the modern business jing quan management practices from the aspects of managers, corporate relationship management and contingency management.
