Spatial Effect Of Special Economic Functional Area On Urbanization

Special economic function area is the most vigorous and most potential growth point in different region of China, is also the trial zone which realizes reform and development by opening. These areas provide important support for spatial expansion, quality improvement, industrial agglomeration, and population migration of urbanization. Strengthening the studies on time-space effect of correlation between economic functional area’s construction and urban spatial restructuring has important significance, for further understanding the regularity of economic function area’s development, giving full play to its positive function on urbanization and region’s function optimization and guiding coordinated development between economic function and urbanization.This article takes special economic function area as study objects, and studies the time-space effect of these area to urbanization from the view of urban geograghy, economic geograghy, urban planning and so on, through empirical analysis,and using the quality analysis method combined with the quantity analysis method. At the same time, the article summarizes and epurates action mechanism and spatial model of special economic function area to urbanization, then put forward to correlative regulating strategy.First, the article defines the concept and connotation of special economic function area, investigates the classification of national economic function areas, summarizes and hackles the research results of relationship between special economic function area and urbanization from three aspects of basic theory, urbanization model and the effect on urbanization.Secondly, using of Logistics curve model to Dalian Economic and Technological Development Zone for the typical case, with the special economic function areas of the pulling effect on the city for a quantitative determination of the economy by analyzing the typical functional areas and the mother city in GDP, total industrial output and population and other indicators on the role of modulus of elasticity and the marginal change, reveals the stage of economic development zones and urban development stage is a more and more obvious stimulus to the development of mother city. On this basis, from the functional areas of industrial-based economy development and the spatial concentration of traditional industries, new parks and urban spatial pattern of new industries in Dalian, this paper demonstrates major functional areas of special economic reconstruction of the impact of urban industrial space, which promotes the formation of "two area to "traditional spatial pattern of industrial development to the formation of a number of industrial clusters; on the other hand, to promote high-tech industrial space and urban areas of the formation of high-end services to enhance the industrial spatial connotation.Thirdly, take main Economic function area on Dalian as an example, separately from three aspects those are the spring up of large special Economic function area promotes the evolution of the district urban system, large Economic function area leads evolved Urban space on Dalian and the changes of urban internal space structure lead by Economic function area explore the influence which is Economic function area make on regional spatial structure from urban macro, medium and micro levels.Fourthly, summaried and refined the city mechanism of spatial effects and spatial patterns that the special economic functional areas have an effect on urbanization space effect, on this basis put forward some suggestions, according to the main urbanized question the special economic function area facing. Mechanism of action include seven aspects:space radiation and leading role udern concentration of growth pole and spread of the gravitonal; system reform and innovation-driven; industry chain growth traction promoted by multinational companies and leading enterprise; homonymous pull of organic evacuation and their own space to increase the profit of Mother city; promote city industrial structure through the industrial spatial optimization and restructuring; point-shaft type space node development guided by traffic system construction which was bringed by park development; speed up space integration of growth nodes through the administrative division adjustment. In addition, show three space model of urbanization space effect of special economic functional areas:"Enclaves type" mode of large comprehensive economic functional areas that is existed, suburbanization mode of Large high-tech park, embedded and filling mode of small and medium-sized park group development and so on. Last, this paper put forward the countermeasures and proposals about how to strengthen urbanization characteristics of economic function areas, including five aspects:planning coordinated, space interaction, improve the function of the city, industry chain construction, cultural innovation.
