Currently, however, normal colleges and universities generally have not the teachers’ application of information technology learning and training, people completely normal education the teaching plan of professional course, insufficient recognition of lack of demonstration teaching, practice, lack of standardized management and strict examination, resulting in graduates has informationization teaching skill deficiency, have comprehensive quality and high requirements of the new curriculum reform on teachers’ quality contrast is bigger, the teachers "adaptation", etc. At the same time, part of the primary and secondary schools exist in teachers’ information literacy is low, the new curriculum teaching idea lags behind, old teaching methods, do not adapt to the new curriculum teaching, innovation consciousness is weak, lack of scientific research ability, their own professional development is blocked.Therefore, it is necessary to build a system for teachers and in-service teachers’ teaching skill learning, training, communication of digital learning environment, so that they understand the modern concept of education, national education development direction, and accurate grasp of the new curriculum standards and the three-dimensional teaching objectives, the scientific thinking of modern teaching method, according to the laws of the students’ learning and knowledge characteristics of reasonable design of teaching process, using the modern education technology to effectively conduct teaching activities, to further improve teaching classroom control ability and study ability.In this paper, based on the research of the students information ability, the establishment of a complete set of students information ability cultivation system, and on this basis, the set demand build suitable for students’ information ability improve informatization training support platform, make the students in the supporting platform, fully experience brought by the information technology education method and the transformation of the teaching concept, so as to improve students’ information literacy and the overall teaching level.
