Based on the official system recorded in the Zhou Li,the paper sorts out thecharacteristics of off-campus education phenomenon in Zhou Li and discusses thespecial properties.The author selects official education, and citizen education,women’s education, occupation skill education in four aspects as the object of study inZhou Li and reveals the characteristics of off-campus education with the researchmethods of education as the breakthrough point, studys systematically from theperspective of history. When referring to the related official and system of Zhou Daiand off-campus education, the author chooses another topic to find out the Zhou Lifor the characteristics of some kind of official records or a system and to make thecorresponding judgement from the off-campus education system in Zhou Li.The full text is divided into six parts:The first part is introduction, Which mainly reviews and summarizes the existingresearch results,and illustrates the origins of writing, research, research capabilities,research objectives research ideas and other related problems of this subject.The second part includes the first chapter official education. There is a clearrecord of official education in Zhou Li.This chapter takes Zhou Li texts andcommentaries as the issue and make a special discussion which is related with theofficial education problems of the Qin and Han bamboo slips and other relevantdocuments in Zhou Li. So the moral education inthe Xiang becomes more important.In the fourth chapter, the custom education of public education is discussed.According to the text and the commentary in Zhou Li, the related content of etiquette,customs and rites of systematically, the related content ethics and customs are needto give a comb to analyze the specific content and effect of custom education in ZhouLi.Custom education in Zhou Li is compared with Qin custom education to deepenunderstanding for public custom education in Zhou Li.It’s customary for "Su" in ZhouLi,not like laws that is enforced.The effect of custom education in Zhou Li is morelong-term stability.In the fifth chapter, public legal education in Zhou Li is taken as the object ofstudy. The legal education in Zhou Li is typical of "ethics and Legalists,"lenientpunishment".On the purpose of teaching, law is not real sense of equality or justice,but forthe deterrence and government administration.There is nether systematic legal education nor independent legal occupation groups in Zhou Li.The legal knowledge formation of officials and public is achievedmainly by reading law. In teaching content, legal depends on politics. Legal educationis carried out in off-campus.There is no specific legal education institutions in ZhouLi,that makes the methods to practice while learning.The fourth chapter makes a Symposium on women’s education by comparativestudy. Women’s educational materials which are recorded in Zhou Li by Tian guanand Chun Guan are classified according to the content of education and arediscussed,then related issues are verified, compare Women’s education weresummarized in Li Ji Nei Ze with Women’s education in Zhou Li to get moreaccurately the characteristics of women education in Zhou Li.The teachers of Womeneducation particularly existed whatever the identity or specific functions; the contentof women education has a strict hierarchy.The fifth part is occupation skill educatsion,that chooses the representativeagricultural skills education, military skills education, medical skills education andliteracy skills education and so on in Zhou Li to summarize the features of the skillseducation.The sixth part is management mode of union of politics and religion. Educationalinstitutions and administrative organization have not yet been isolated.Thegovernment at various level provides the places for the people who is to becomeofficials and who has become officials where to study the skill of Being Officials. Theteachers of official education is the officials in government that reflects the educationitself is the characteristic for political service.Education system of union of politicsand religion embodies Studying in Office and Integration of Teacher and Official.The seventh part mainly elaborates the conclusion of this paper. off-campuseducation system recorded in Zhou Li may combine the Western Zhou Dynastyhistory, maybe subjective thoughts is added.The content of ff-campus educationsystem is carried out indeed and is inherited by.Confucian, and has a profound impacton the Chinese traditional society.political model designed by Confucian is union ofpolitics and religion.The education system of "Study in Office" has an impact of theQin and Han Dynasties education.Triviality in Qin and Han Dynasty offices is veryheavy, the offices cultivate a large number of competent officials,so that custom ofbeing official is becoming more prevalent.Off-campus education in Zhou Li is a good help for real society that has a lack of education. Education is not only limited in theschool education, it is a problem of the whole society.
