Objective:To determine the Chinese medicine syndrome classification ofalcohol-induced osteonecrosis of femoral head.Methods:according to the DME(Design、Measurement and Evaluation) requirements,CRF(Case Report Form)tables is designed of alcohol femoral head necrosis, clinical datais collected through clinical investigation. the principal component analysis and symptomfrequency are used to find the major syndromes factors. the cluster analysis is used to findthe classification tendency of clinical symptoms.Results:the common Local symptoms of early alcohol-induced osteonecrosisinclude pain, pain and discomfort when walking, joint heavy, waist weak, feel cold,morning stiffness etc. Systemic syndromes include dreams, less sleep, upset, insomnia,sweating, body fat, pale complexion, thirst, dry throat, chills, hot flashes, night sweats,tired, nocturia,etc. Pale tongue, greasy tongue moss, fat and thick tongue body, tongue orred tongue, etc.are common. Alcoholic femoral head necrosis’ syndromes factorscharacteristics are Qi deficiency, Yin deficiency and phlegm. Combined with TCMknowledges and the result of cluster analysis, The traditional chinese medicine syndromeof alcohol-induced osteonecrosis of femoral head is Divided into Four types:(1)Deficiency of liver-yin and kidney-yin.(2)Deficiency of liver-yin and kidney-yin land,Spleen deficiency and phlegm.(3)Spleen deficiency and phlegm.(4)Deficiency ofliver-yin, liver-yang and kidney-yin, kidney-yang.Conclusion:the clinical data is collected through clinical investigation. Through principalcomponent analysis、cluster analysis and other statistical methods.The TCM syndromecharacteristics of alcohol-induced osteonecrosis of the femoral head are Divided into Fourtypes:(1)Yin deficiency of liver and kidney.(2)Yin deficiency of liver and kidney, Spleen deficiency and phlegm.(3)Spleen deficiency and phlegm.(4)yin and yangDeficiency of liver and kidney.
