A Study On The Development Of Regional Logistics In The View Of Ecological Civilization

In the background of the construction of ecological civilization, the development of logistics has to be combined with the green, circular and low carbon transition of production and life style, playing its positive role in solving the ecosystem degradation and the constraints of resources and environment problems, in coordinating regional development. Thus, to explore the development of regional logistics in the view of ecological civilization has important theoretical and practical significances as to how to guide the practice of regional logistics development with the concept of ecological civilization, to achieve green, circular and low carbon transition of regional logistics, to create an international environment for sustainable development, to promote regional economic comprehensive, harmonious and sustainable develepment, to improve the construction level of regional ecological civilization, to successfully construct a comprehensive well-off society.The dissertation takes Marx material transformation and circulation theory, modern logistics theory, the coordinated development of the regional economy theory, ecological civilization theory as theoretical basis, and applies literature method, normative analysis and empirical analysis method, the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis method, comparative analysis method.A clear direction is got on the basis of literature review, which is that the regional logistics will develop into Material Flow of Ecological Civilization (ECMF). The dissertation analyses theoretically the content, forms, system structure, characteristics and function and other aspects of ECMF, points out that China’s logistics development has experienced four stages and is now in for a new development stage of ECMF and China’s logistics development presents compressibility and transcendence characteristics compared with that of the developed countries’; analyses the existing problems of the ECMF development in China with realities and the related data in China Statistical Yearbook and China Logistics Yearbook, the reasons of present problems through the questionnaire survey. To take experiences for developing ECMF in the developed countries as a reference, the dissertation firstly introduces the policies and measures for the development of ECMF in the developed countries, and then analyses their effects, finally elaborates enlightenment for our country and set stage goals for the development of ECMF with China’s realities. To realize the stage goals for the development of ECMF and to lay a good foundation for the realization of ECMF and the ecological civilization economy interactive development, the dissertation probes into the strategic measures from the development model, the interest relationship coordination of the participants, security system construction and the like.
