| The integration of urban and rural areas is the requirement of the development of law, is a long term strategy and social change, which need the government complies with historical tide, guide and support agriculture production and farmer life style to modernization,that make the rural and city com.Agricultural industrialization is to promote the third industrial interactive, realize the serious content of agricultural modernization, is an important link and carrier that promoting the integration of urban and rural.The development of agricultural industrialization by certain organization as the carrier, the development and improvement of the organization form not only decides the industrialization level of efficiency, but also to promote the rural social organization construction, improve the degree of organization of farmers, also have important significance on the stability of ruralgrass-roots regime.At present, along with the practice of industrialization of our country agriculture develops further, agricultural industrialization organization also presents the diversification trend. In recent years, encouraging achievements have been expressed in terms of increasing farmers’ income, speeding up the adjustment of agricultural structure, and improving industrial layout by flourishing agricultural industrialization, improving and innovating the organization form continuously, and enhancing the added value of agricultural products, but China’s current industrialization of agriculture and its organizational form are still in the initial stage since many problems still exist:the market mechanism is not sound, interest coupling mechanism is not clear, management mechanism is not perfect and development issues such as lack of funds。Therefore, how to further improve the operational efficiency, how to improve organizational forms, and how to increase farmers’ income play an important role in promoting the building of new socialist rural areas and speeding up the process of urban-rural integration..This dissertation centers on agricultural industrialization under the background of urban-rural integration. It compares the development of agricultural organization from three typical agricultural developed countries:the USA--the large-scale industrialization agricultural country, France—the medium-scale industrialization agricultural country, and Japan—the small-scale industrialization agricultural country. Through comparison, the writer finds out some instructive experience and practices to which China can refer. With the references to the classification (leading-enterprise-driving model, specialized-market-driving model, and cooperative-organizational model) of China’s organizational form of agricultural industrialization in academic circle, together with the case study and application of the theory of organizational efficiency, the drives and dilemma of the development of China’s agricultural industrialization and its organizational forms are found, and the ideas and strategies for improving China’s agricultural industrialization and its organizational forms are put forward. Therefore, according to the main clues above, this dissertation is divided into the following six parts:Part One:introduction. This part introduces the background of choosing this topic and the significance of the research, reviews the current researching situation into urban-rural integration, and analyzes the researching methods, at home and abroad, of agricultural industrialization and its organizational form. On this basis, this dissertation put forward its exploring targets, researching methods and possible innovations.Part Two:basic theories. This part systematically explores some concepts such as urban-rural integration, agricultural industrialization, organization, organization of agricultural industrialization, and organizational form and their practical researching significance, analyzes the process of agricultural industrialization development and its theoretical basis, and mainly discusses the interactive relationship between agricultural industrialization and urban-rural integration.:urban-rural integration is the important assure to accelerate agricultural industrialization development, perfect urban-rural integration market is the development condition to accelerate agricultural industrialization, agricultural industrialization is the solid foundation to accelerate the course of City urbanization, the industrialization of agriculture is the core pillar of the development of rural economy and is the key link to realize urban-rural integration。Part Three:the developmental relationship between organization of agricultural industrialization and urban-rural integration. It introduces several principles which are determined by the organization of agricultural industrialization in China. Based on the fruits from the academic circle, this dissertation explores respectively the connotations, features, and categories of leading-enterprise-driving model, specialized-market-driving model, and cooperative-organizational model, and explains the relationship between agricultural industrialization and urban-rural integration according to their different organizational features.Part Four:the international comparison and reference of agricultural industrialization and the development of its organizational form. This dissertation selects three typical countries:the USA, France, and Japan, whose agricultural industrializations are quite developed, to compare and analyze their development of their agriculture and organizational forms in order to find out some instructive experience and practices to which China can refer.:Suit one’s measures to local conditions, select the appropriate form of agricultural industrialization organization, perfect market mechanism, promote the organization running well, farmer and market coupling organization form should diversification, the agricultural product processing industry is the central link of agricultural industrialization organization form, government support is the important conditions for the development, deepen the development of cooperation and innovation organization form of agricultural industrialization.Part Five:the case study and the analysis of dilemma about agricultural industrialization. In this part, the writer chooses three cases from Guangdong province to explain respectively the merits and demerits of leading-enterprise-driving model, specialized-market-driving model, and cooperative-organizational model. The theory of organizational effectiveness is adopted to analyze these three models’advantages and disadvantages in influencing factors, organizational goals and operational efficiency. Based on the above analysis, China’s current three kinds of form of agricultural industrialization organization predicament gradually Anacreontic, mainly has the following problems: the market mechanism is not sound, interest coupling mechanism is not clear, management mechanism is not perfect and development issues such as lack of funds。Part Six:the developmental road of organizational forms of agricultural industrialization in China under the background of urban-rural integration. Through the analysis of existing problems in China’s organizational forms of agricultural industrialization and the reference of experience of agricultural development from foreign countries, the innovative principles of organizational forms of agricultural industrialization are gradually clear, and the new roads to develop China’s organizational forms of agricultural industrialization are found to speed up urban-rural integration.:Therefore, to gradually improve the interest coupling mechanism of bibcock enterprise, realize urban and rural industrialization interact, establish a sound market system, develop a urban and rural unified market, strengthen the cooperation between the city and the countryside agency construction,promote a policy environment for the development of agricultural industry organization, which can provide the organization and system guarantee, widen the financing channel, and provide Capital guarantee for urban-rural integration. |
