With the rapid development and the widely use of mobile technology, m-commerce appears in people’s lives and its market has developed a lot. The research on m-commerce has gradually become the focus of scholars both at home and abroad. There are difficulties, such as information sharing, business collaboration and process reengineering, existing in the process of m-commerce, and these problems got many academic attention. However, the discussions about m-commerce are limited on commercial modes and basic technologies at present, and there are few studies concentrate on the optimization of m-commerce process from the view of service. Considering the massive acceptance of m-commerce by people, the process research is put on the agenda. Grid management, a new managerial concept, has the potential of being a powerful weapon that affects the study on m-commerce process. The theory of grid management is improving, and this method has been applied in the field of city management, e-government management, public facilities management and public crisis management. Therefore, as a powerful tool of resolving the utilization of public resources and information, the idea of grid management can meet the original intention of this study that integrates social m-commerce resources. This paper chooses grid management theory as the means of optimization.This study relies on National Science Fund Project named Study on the CA System of M-Commerce. After the systematic research on the key theories, methods, models and application strategies of m-commerce process, we systematically analyzed and built the traditional m-commerce process in-depth. On that basis, this paper constructed the gridding m-commerce process based on the idea of grid management. Then we analyzed its features and implement conditions, expecting to give answers to the problems in the m-commerce process. Through the help of ASME process evaluation method and simulation theory, we proved that all the convenience, function and safety of the process were improved. Aiming at dealing with the problems that might emerge during the implement, we put up three measures, including the benefit coordinating strategies for government, consumers and sellers respectively, the specification of business process and participants’authority and responsibility, and the Spiral strategy that promotes the implement of gridding m-commerce process. All those studies provide a feasible suggestion for our country to optimize and implement the m-commerce process. Based on the studies above, we analyzed and demonstrated the m-commerce process of one real m-commerce business.This paper attempts to explore from the view of process, making the following four aspects of innovation:1. Systematically analyzes the m-commerce process, building a standard m-commerce process, and pointed out the main problems of China’s m-commerce process.2. Conducts business process reengineering based on the idea of grid management, building an optimized m-commerce process, which can provide theoretical basis for m-commerce industry, enriching the application cases of grid management, offering a reference for scholars who study the grid management and for the development of m-commerce.3. Innovatively using the ASME law, from the view of process value-adding, evaluates the m-commerce process optimization.4. Provide suggestions for the optimization and implement of m-commerce process, which will help participants to have an overall thought, assisting government to conduct supervision, and give other researchers new materials and thoughts on the field of m-commerce and grid management.
