With the rising domestic price of labor and raw material costs, the cost advantage of the OEM manufacturers is being eroded. How to improve employee satisfaction, reduce negative behavior and lower staff turnover, on the basis of maintaining their own advantages, has become serious problems that OEM production enterprises have to pay attention to. Based on the analysis of relevant research literature, the dissertation uses OEM enterprises as the main object of study. It combines China’s national conditions and development needs, as well as the theory of risk management and human resource management, deeply analyzes the correlation of OEM enterprise’pay factors and risk behavior. The dissertation designs OEM enterprises pay risk evaluation index system, explores the comprehensive evaluation method, builds OEM enterprises pay risk management and control system, and investigates the implementation of the management and control system of safeguards. It also helps to prompt OEM enterprises to detect and control the remuneration risks, further improve the level of enterprise compensation management, and ensure the efficient operation of the day-to-day operations,in order to achieve the sustainable development of OEM enterprises.The main contents of the study include the following five aspects.Firstly, the risk identification of OEM enterprise has been given. OEM enterprise compensation risks are classified into two categories:interior risks and exterior risks. Exterior risks mainly include risk from the complex and changeable market economic environment that OEM enterprise faces and risks from the peers competition. Interior risks mainly include the risks from the foreign OEM enterprise compensation, such as compensation system risk, compensation fairness risk, welfare policy risk, the risk of intrinsic motivation and employee behavior risk.Secendly, there is negative correlation between satisfaction compensation elements and employee behavior risks. The compensation satisfaction scale is on the basis of the questionnaire design. Accordding to the large sample questionnaire survey from representative OEM enterprises, such as Foxconn and Hengdong Communication Company, relevant data has been collected. By using SPSS17.0 software, the dissertation carries on the factor analysis and regression analysis to the obtained data from questionnaire, relatively deep analyzes the relationship between compensation factor and risk behavior, and verifies the hypothesis.Thirdly, it discusses the OEM enterprise compensation risk evaluation method. On the basis of investigation and study on the use of Delphi method screening index, the dissertation constructs the risk compensation evaluation index system, and evaluates enterprise compensation risk possibility index by using bayesian network model.Fourthly, it constructs OEM enterprise compensation risk control system. In order to reduce the risk of compensation, make compensation risk control in to withstand range, we need to make comprehensive consideration of various factors. The flow of control system can be divided into four steps that is setting compensation risk control target, identifying risk compensation, evaluating compensation risk and selecting compensation risk control measures. Based on this, it discusses the implementation and safeguards of compensation risk management and control system.Finally, the dissertation analyzes Hengdong Communication Company’s compensation risk control case. Research results is applied to the concrete cases, to analyze the compensation risk constitute of Hengdong Communication Company. It builds a compensation risk assessment model based on bayesian network, calculates the Hengdong Communication Company’s compensation level of risk, and puts forward compensation risk control measures.
