subject:In the previous case-control study,the frequency of I/D polymorphic locus II genotype distribution of ACE gene was significantly different between the athlete group and the normal group.It was the candidate gene marker for athletes' genetic selection,but whether the II genotype was affected or not the main factors of the difference in oxygen exercise capacity are unknown.This study explores the differences in aerobic exercise capacity of different genotypes of ACE gene I/D polymorphisms in college students,in order to establish dominant genotypes and provide a theoretical basis for athletes' selection.methods:This study used bioinformatics methods to select ACE gene I/D polymorphic loci as candidate loci for research and recruited 38 male Han students froma university in Beijing who were healthy and had no professional endurance training experience.The oral mucosal exfoliated cells were extracted or the genes of the subjects were extracted,and the I/D polymorphic locus genotypes were analyzed by molecular biology experiments,and they were divided into three groups: II,ID and DD.All subjects tested the maximum oxygen uptake,monitored the changes in the central rate of the exercise process,collected the gas metabolism indicators such as the maximum oxygen uptake and maximum lung ventilation,and collected the fingertip blood at the end of the maximum oxygen uptake test.Blood lactic acid was taken at 1,4,10,and 15 minutes after exercise.One-way analysis of variance was used to compare the differences in aerobic exercise ability among college students of different genotypes.results: The distribution frequency of ACE gene I/D polymorphism in subjects was II(53.3%)> DD(31.7%)> ID(15%).There was no statistical difference between the maximal oxygen uptake,maximum ventilation and test time of different gene types of ACE gene I/D polymorphisms(P>0.05),different genotypes.The difference in aerobic exercise capacity of the population is not significant.There was no significant difference in blood lactate peak(BLApeak),10 min blood lactate clearance rate and 15 min blood lactate clearance rate between different ACE gene I/D polymorphic loci(P>0.05).However,compared with ID and DD type,type II 10 min lactate clearance rate has an increasing trend.The maximum heart rate of ACE gene type DD was significantly lower than that of ID type,and there was statistical difference between the two(P<0.05),but there was no statistical difference between type II and ID type,type II and DD type.Conclusion: There was no significant difference in aerobic exercise capacity between different genotypes of ACE gene I/D polymorphism loci.The II genotype did not show congenital aerobic advantage,and the dominant genotype deserves further investigation.Carriers of the ACE gene DD genotype were less tolerant of high heart rate stimulation.There may be ethnic and regional differences in ACE gene I/D polymorphisms.
