At present the digital learning resources still can’t meet the needs of learners in the terms of quantity or content in China. On the other hand, the scale of the information resources in the network is growing exponentially. How to process and transform the network information resources and apply them to digital learning is a proposition we must think about. This paper introduced the concept of "User interactive generation" into the construction and development of digital learning resources combined with existing theoretical and practical results in the field of digital learning resources development and generation, constructed the user interactive generation model, made comprehensive research of the users’participant mechanism, user interaction mechanism, the knowledge organization mechanism and the quality control mechanism in the process of resource generation. This paper aims to promote the application of user interactive generation mechanism in the field of construction and development of digital learning resources. The paper will have theoretical and practical values in the aspects of changing the current state of public resources construction, realizing the collective creation and optimized integration of digital learning resource in the social network environment.Chapters1and Chapter2firstly introduced the research background and research significance, defined the research object. At the same time the author summarized the current situation of domestic and foreign research, briefly expounded the research ideas, research methods and technical route. Then lead in the elaboration theory, cognitive flexibility theory and educational ecology theory to guide the method and process of digital learning resources construction. The author analyzed the concept of "User interactive generation" from the aspects such as concept basis, common platform, driving factors and analysis framework. Four dimensional analysis framework and three perspective analysis framework are proposed. Then the author proposed two user interactive generation models of digital learning resources respectively from activity theory and lifecycle theory.Chapter3constructed the integrated analysis model between the user participation motives and the interactive generation behavior based on the theoretical analysis and the review of existing literature. Then Choose Baidu Baike as the empirical research object, refining the integrated model into specific research hypotheses, carried out questionnaire investigation and data analysis, study the significance situation of related assumptions through structural equation modeling. At last the authors analyzed the main motivations affecting the user’s interactive generation of digital learning resources according to the test results, and proposed related suggestions and incentive measures.Chapter4firstly summarized the user interaction behavior. Then the author made the literature review of mode of user interaction and the user role in the process of interaction analyzed the interaction process, interaction mode and the user role during the digital learning resources’interactive generation. In the next step, the author choose Baidu Baike Tieba as the empirical research object, study the individual attributes and overall attributes of the interactive network using social network analysis. The study concluded that obvious small world effect existed in the interactive group, the density of the overall network is low, the roles of the user polarized obviously. This chapter also put forward the corresponding improvement measures and suggestions based on the empirical research conclusion.Chapter5introduced the knowledge organization features and knowledge organization technology of user interactively generated resources. The author analyzed the knowledge evolutionary mechanism, knowledge relevance mechanism and knowledge aggregation mechanism of user interactively generated digital learning resources combined with related case platforms. The chapter chose Wikipedia as the empirical research object, observe and study the principles of knowledge creation and knowledge organization in Wikipedia, analyzed the knowledge organization technology in Wikipedia. Then the author analyzed the shortage of Wikipedia’s knowledge organization technology, proposed related improvement measures.Chapter6firstly constructed a three dimensional quality evaluation framework for user interactively generated digital learning resources, and then proposed the quality control framework. The quality control framework consisted of four sub-systems:quality monitoring system, quality evaluation system, quality feedback system and resource update system. The author expounded the work mechanism and the flow of the framework. Finally the author put forward several quality control strategies of user interactively generated digital learning resources combined with related platforms, such as multi-role participant strategy, dialogue and questioning strategy, history show strategy and high quality resources encourage strategy, etc.Chapter7summarized the paper’s research work, analyzed the shortage of the research, and made some prospects of the future work related to this research.
