A Research On The Measuring And Promoting Countermeasures Of Happiness Acquired From The Medium-sized City Residents

Enhance residents’ happiness is based on people as the best embodiment of the concept of scientific development.It is the basic responsibility of good governance of government.In addition, it is the inherent requirement of perfect development outcomes assessment evaluation system.It is also the urgent needs of the development of happiness theory. Urban residents’ well-being assessment and promotion countermeasures research is the conducive to harmony promote human-oriented process of urbanization and to provide a reference basis for the establishment of public policy.It is also helpful for deepening the reform of administrative push the change of government function. This paper is to build a well-off society in an all-round way and people-oriented urbanization as an opportunity and along the "theory of literature review, inductive, empirical research, and countermeasures and suggestions of research thought",which lay upon and gradually expand part of further research.Medium-sized city residents’ happiness is an overall evaluation about medium-sized city residents’ of the quality of life,which has the characteristics of subjectivity, stability and integrity. This paper is around the medium-sized city residents’ well-being and from the basis of the evaluation index system, the concrete practice, etc.On these basis,it gives the practical research of Bhutan, Germany, Australia and Jiangyin Province of China.At last,it analyzes the typical cases of successful experience and enlightenment on urban residents’ well-being assessment in our country.Building the index system is the basis of measuring the happiness of city residents. The establishment of index system should deal with the relationship between economic development and residents’ well-being, happiness evaluation and the relationship between the government performance and the relationship, between the measurement of the happiness and satisfaction assessment. This paper sums up the index system of constituent elements, stratification and classification of indicators from the economic condition of satisfaction, satisfaction with the physical and mental health, occupational status satisfaction, family life satisfaction, satisfaction of infrastructure and social environment satisfaction and so on,which constructs medium-sized city residents’ well-being assessment index system. On this basis, it uses the factor analysis method to single medium-sized city residents’ well-being assessment and comprehensive assessment.Research in the impacting factors of medium-sized city residents’well-being is to further deepen the study of the core and essence of requirements. This paper studies the individual attribute factors, social factors influence on medium-sized city residents’ well-being by using independent sample T test, single factor analysis of variance and Spearman nonparametric tests respectively.It also construct econometric model empirical research the effect of various factors.According to the index system, assessment empirical research as well as the influence factors,which study and put forward to the promotion countermeasures of medium-sized city residents’ happiness,which is the goal of this article and value demand.It is also the key of this paper. Ascending medium-sized city residents happiness can from the following aspects.Firstly,we should improve the livelihood of the people’s basic security system. Secondly, we must establish and improve the social management and service mechanism.Thirdly, we need to cultivate and carry forward the residents the correct happiness.
