Research On Paradigm Transformation Of Marxist State Theory

With the rapid development of economic globalization since the 1990s, political democratization, the relationship between globalization and the country has become the core issue in the process of economic globalization and the political democratization. As far as the Marxist state theory is concerned, how to grasp the relationship between the Marxist state theory and the era has become the new proposition of the Marxist state theory research in new century. The Marxist state theory faces the form change that how to reflect the spirit of the Times. Through dynamic investigating the state basic theory in Marxist classics and by comparative study about the research paradigm of contemporary Marxist state theory, this article tries to find the change of the theory and the thinking in the construction of the Marxist state theory system and in the study of the Marxist state theory system, for providing the theoretical explanation and knowledge accumulation of the Marxist state theory reflectively understanding their own and understanding intrinsic quality of its development and change.This paper is divided into seven parts. The main contents and the logical relationship between each other are as follows:The first part is the introduction of the paper. With the background of the countries facing challenges and changing in globalization and the knowledge background of contemporary renaissance of state theory, though combing the related literature at home and abroad, the chapter points out that analyzing the change of Marxist state theory in the perspective of the paradigm is of important theoretical and practical value.The second part is the analysis of the paradigm in Marxist discourse. As the classic Marxist writers emphasis the close relationship between the theory and the practice, the paradigm and the paradigm shift theory which are the theoretical tool of reforming the real word, construct dynamic model of scientific development from the change of social practice and historical dynamic of scientific development and make the dialectical combination of internal and external history of scientific development. So the theory itself has the nature of scientific revolutionary. That this nature endows the paradigm with Marxist theoretical character, not only has theoretical significance of studying the development and change of natural science knowledge, but also has important value to understand and explain the development and change of Marxist theory.The third part talks about the method, value, interpretative frame and the main frame of Marxist state theory classical paradigm in the perspective of the paradigm. The classical paradigm of Marxist state theory is the classic example produced in the proletariat revolution period by the Marxism theory and practice workers. As a classic example, the traditional paradigm of Marxist state theory provided specific guidance of proletarian revolutionary practice and evolved into the foundation of routine scientific research of Marxist state theory. In general, the contemporary Marxist state theory realize the development of classical paradigm in two dimensions: the one is that the western Marxists inherit the critical dimension of the classic paradigm of Marxist state theory about the capitalism, innovate and develop the state theory and form many critical state theory of contemporary western Marxist ; the other one is that for the representatives of China’s socialist modernization construction, on the basis of inheritance of classical paradigm, it innovates and develops the constructive dimension of Marxist state theory and provides new content for contemporary Marxist state theory though summing up the lessons of construction of social countries. Then, the paper analysis the power, foundation, principle, objectives and concrete path of classic paradigm shift of Marxist state theory. The historical tension of practice conditions in different times became the historical power of the innovation and change of Marxist state theory paradigm.The final part is the conclusion of the paper. This paper uses the paradigm theory to dynamic investigate the development of Marxist state theory and draw the conclusion as follows: as a theoretical tool to reform the reality, the Marxist state theory constantly enriches and develop with the time change in order to explain and solve problems. However, along with the socialist reform and the practical needs of construction, in following the basic position and value orientation of Marxist state theory, it constantly keeps pace with the time and makes innovation and paradigm shift constantly in theory. Only then, the Marxist state theory can better explain and crack the plight of contemporary social transformation and the Marxist state theory can have more vital and development space.
