"The Imperial laws of Mongolia" (in mongolian:Zarligaar togtooson Mongol ulsyn khuuli zuiliin bichig), the law book was issued to regulate social relations be the government during the Mongolian state change within the internal and external factors in the society from 1911 to 1921.Despite researchers have studied the history of this period precisely, an integrated monograph of the law based on the history is necessary."The Imperial laws of Mongolia" was the biggest document compilation of that period regulating different relations in the society and was worked out in the scale of nowadays constitution.Our research work consists of 9 parts as prediction,5 chapters, conclusion, bibliography and appendix.In the prediction the study level of the topic, further study need, the research goal and tasks, study methods and study plan were considered.In the first chapter the laws and law traditions issued in Mongolia before "The Imperial laws of Mongolia" and reason of this book issue were clarified. Moreover, the dates connected to this law compilation and itssource and structure were determined correctly.In the second chapter, the state authority division and decisions of issues according to "The Imperial laws of Mongolia" were confirmed by other law and history documents.In the third chapter, the state and religion relations and relations connected to the monasteries were studied in the scale of law because the influence of the religion on the state was big.In the fourth chapter, the determination and view of the criminal acts can show the society. All criminal acts, punishments and criminal act types determined by "The Imperial laws of Mongolia" were classified and we made conclusion on them.The human as the society wealth producer and his own authority determined in "The Imperial laws of Mongolia" were studied as our research object as precisely as we can.In the conclusion, all studied aspects were summarized.The appendix includes some documents that can support the research work.
