| This paper uses ideological and political education disciplinary ways of thinking whichis based on the theory of philosophy, culture, communication and social psychology, theintegration of multidisciplinary research methods. Firstly, elaborate the character on culturalphilosophy and explore the value of character from the aspect of character and humanity.Secondly, put the elite cultural character in a cultural perspective through philosophy, moral,psychological and legal dimensions to extend to the real dimension eventually. Thirdly, drawthe elite character of the contemporary culture industry exists by examining the contemporaryculture industry experience. Fourthly, analyze the reasons of lack of elite cultural character onthe spiritual, cultural and environmental and political education levels and lack of elitecharacter of the cultural elite self-cultivation, analysis of cultural industry reasons. Fifthly,explore the paths to develop the cultural industry elite character through the culturalconstruction, self-develop and social supervision. In order to promote the elite character of thecultural industry to develop the process, we need to provide the appropriate theory and action.This thesis is divided into five chapters, expanded to the following specific parts:The first chapter illustrates the interpretation of cultural and philosophical from thetheoretical dimension. First of all, the connotations of the character defined and highlightedinto eight levels, in order to analyze the cultural property of the character. Secondly, illustratethe humanities, characterization as well as the socialization from the levels. Finally, discussthe cultural value of character from the cultural environment, cultural identity, andculture-oriented perspective.The second chapter is about the cultural perspective of cultural industry elite character.Firstly, distinguish the definition of elite culture and cultural elite; exam the culture subject,object creation and cultural values from the theoretical dimension, cultural and philosophicaldimension; analyze the moral awareness, moral emotion, and moral behavior from moraldimensions; discuss the psychological dimension and legal dimensions of the cultural elitecharacter. Finally, describe the elite social action and behavior of the main consequences fromthe real dimension.The third chapter analyzes the current situation of cultural industries elite character.Firstly, the chapter established observation points of the elite character of the culturalindustries, the value of cultural creation of the social consequences of cultural transmission ofcultural products. Secondly, it discusses the development of the contemporary cultureindustry which is now facing an embarrassing situation: the cultural structure of the imbalance between the proliferation of vulgar culture and the cultural construction of desire.Finally, put forward the elite character of the cultural industry: loss of self-elite, impetuouscultural mentality, and the vulgarization of culture exchanges.The fourth chapter illustrates the reasons of culture industry elite character. First of all, itput forward the significance rational value of lost materialization in utilitarian pursuit inspiritual life from the spiritual aspect. Secondly, we explore the negative incentives in thecultural environment: cultural escalation of the conflict, the misleading of the cultural andideological trends, as well as the impact of pan-entertainment. What’s more, to analyze thelack of ideological and political education: empty of content, blind of subject, the valid of themethod.The fifth chapter discusses the indoctrination of the cultural industry elite character.Firstly, we put forward three points of cultural values in socialist ideals and beliefs, moraleducation, traditional culture, and that truth value rationality, and explore the cultural valuesin these three paths: the socialist core value system of education, creative culture, productionand dissemination of value guidance, and cultural industrial moral regulation of themanagement process. Secondly, discuss the elite cultural character develops through thefollowing four parts: self-transformation of the worldview, cultural standards of beauty andself-correction, self-awareness of social responsibility and moral character self-fashioning. Atlast, promote the responsibilities of social elite in cultural industries: the standard of socialvalue, the policy guidance of the cultural industrial elite, elite behavior of social supervision. |
