In the discussion of relationship between Hegel and Marx, Hegel’s image has long been covered in Marx’s text. The true relationship of Marx and Hegel has also been covered in the construction of many interpreters. The task of this paper is based on Hegel and Marx’s text, restore the real process of collision between Marx and Hegel’s thought. Paper carefully combs the theory clues of five criticism of Marx to Hegel. From the synchronic point of view, the paper will present new insights in the following topics. Including:Marx’s critical sublation to Hegel on civil society and state; Marx and Hegel in the difference of alienation and objectification theory; Difference between Marx and Hegel’s view of history; The complex effects of Hegel’s Logic to Marx’s theory, and so on. Research on these problems will be deepening step by step through the Marx’s criticism to Hegel, in order to stripping out at each stage, in the medium of variety of theories, Marx’s criticism and succession to Hegel in different levels, and help us to gradually establish and deepen the historical materialism methodology.Article is divided into five chapters except introduction, and divided into five periods on the Marx’s criticism to Hegel.The first chapter discusses in the text of Criticism on Hegel’s legal philosophy, Marx is how to start criticizing Hegel for the first time."Agonizing doubt" in the real society led Marx to doubt Hegel’s "rationalistic view of state", and Feuerbach’s critique to Hegel’s speculative logic made Marx to find a new fulcrum of methodology after leaving the discourse system of Hegel. However due to Marx’s understanding of Hegel is not deep, his critique of Hegel did not touch the fundamental, but only a reverse motion in Hegel’s framework of "rationalistic view of state", and its claims of a"civil society determines state" also don’t have the methodology significance.The second chapter combs the complex background of Marx’s "historical view of alienation" in The Economic and Philosophical Manuscripts of1844, discusses the complex relationship between the establishment of this idealist historical view and the system of Hegel. At the same time, Marx further advance the critique of Hegel’s mystical logic, and pointing to the methodology of negation on negation, which is the most core principles in Hegel’s system. Marx’s dialectic attitude towards this principle reflects the complex thought background, and his critique or praise of Hegel are all based on the misreading.The third chapter discusses how Marx reveals the root of general method of Hegel’s speculative logic in the Holy Family. Marx’s critique of Hegel’s philosophy, however, always reduce Hegel’s speculative philosophy to general idealism philosophy, and even the level of Powell’s philosophy, and didn’t understand Hegel’s philosophical significance and profound historical significance, especially the profound economic basis and the consciousness of the foothold in Hegel’s philosophy. And in the criticism of the Powell brothers as well as to the maintenance of Proudhon’s philosophy, that Marx’s thought level at this time were not completely beyond the historical view of alienation framework.The fourth chapter studied a series of text from the Notes in the Notebook to the German Ideology,. From the transformation process of Marx’s methodology, we will find Hegel’s view of history and logic has an important affect on Marx’s new historical view. However, Marx’s generalized historical materialism methodology is based on the critique of Hegel’s philosophy, at the same time, the formation of new problem framework makes Marx to find a correct level of critique of Hegel’s idealism theory. As a result of the limitation of economics research level, however, Marx can’t understand the significance of Hegel’s embryology in logic method.Chapter five examines Marx’s critical modification of Hegel’s philosophy system in Das Kapital and related manuscripts, especially Hegel’s method of logic, and applies the method to the critique of capitalist society and economics research, and formed the scientific epistemology method process. Economics research thorough, is what makes Marx began to understand the deep meaning of Hegel’s concrete concept, also began to actively use logic thinking method in economics and social criticism. Even so, due to its nature of Marx’s materialistic dialectics, Hegel’s concept dialectics in nature is completely opposite. Different from Engel’s judgment, however, the author thinks that Marx insisted" the theory of active reflection", especially emphasizes the important role of mediation of main body’s thinking structure and methods for understanding the dialectical relationship of nature and objective presentation of reality. This is not a simple "upside down" can be done, but thanks to Hegel’s concept dialectics. However, Marx’s objective historical dialectics is more revolutionary as a scientific method.
