The Research On "Dual Mission" Of Korean Communists In The Northeast

From the late Ming and early Qing Dynasty, Koreans have constantly moved to the northeast of China for survival. After Korea became the colony of Japan in1910, a large number of people immigrated to the northeast of China and gradually established many regional communities. They have suffered huge oppression and exploitation by the Imperialism and Feudality. Even so, under the leadership of Korean nationalists, there were various national autonomy Kenmin organizations垦民会set up to process the spontaneous polity and economic conflict, and also a Korean society which was centered by Yanbian region in China were established. Furthermore, they not only found modern shools to process the Anti Japan National Education, but also the Nationalist groups and armies to achieve national independence and liberation. However, due to the limitations of Nationalist classes, their Anti Japanese movement were unable to get a broad public supports and became lose its power.After the victory of Russian October Revolution, Marxism began to spread to the northeast of China and had broad influence. In May16,1926, the Korean Communist Manchuria Administration (朝鲜共产党满州总局) was formally found in Yimianpo, Zhuhe County(一面坡,珠河县). Form then on, under the leadership of Korean Communist Manchuria Administration, there were many Korean revolutionary organizations established to against Japan. However, since most members of Korean communists were farmers or the petty-bourgeois (小资产主义) and most leaders originally were the mainstay of the nationalistic organization, they failed to develop the Korean Communist Party to be worthy of political party of the proletariat (无产阶级政党). Moreover, because they adhered to the "Korean Revolution Extension Theory"(朝鲜革命延长论)(or Korean Extension Theory) as their battle strategy, there was a serious depart from the purpose of the Communist movement and Korean social reality in the northeast of China.In addition, the Korean Communist Manchuria Administration was forcibly disbanded by the inner conflicts. After that, under the cooperation of the Communist Party of China, Korean Communists gradually participated in the Communist Party. From then on, Korean communists gave up the Korean Revolution Extension Theory, and directly involved to the Chinese anti-imperialist and anti-feudal revolution. It indirectly supported Korean independence and liberation. Korean Communists began to shoulder the responsibility of "Dual Mission"(双重使命).After "9.18" Incident in1931, in order to implement the "dual mission", Korean communists from the northeast established Anti-Japanese guerrillas(游击战)and the anti-Japanese guerrilla bases(游击根据地)to carry out the anti-Japanese military battle. Later, the Northeast anti-Japanese guerrilla has been reorganized to be Northeastern People’s Revolutionary(东北人民革命军).Among them, Koreans were the majority of the second military. There were many outstanding Koreans lost their lives throughout the cruel anti-Japanese "crusade"(讨伐)battle. Although there were many Korean leaders and soldiers were killed through the anti-民生团battle in the eastern Manchuria area, the Korean Communists constantly adhered to the leadership of the Chinese Communist Party and fight with the Japanese invaders. They has made enormous contribution to the Chinese anti-Japanese battle, and also a strong support to Korean Independence and national revolution.After the "Northern China Incident"(华北事变)in1935, Korean and Chinese Communists in the Northeast People’s Revolution Military had intense anti-Japanese guerrillas with a great splendor of the revolutionary epic. During that period, the Chinese Community representatives in International Community Party(中共驻共产国际代表团)suggested the establishment of Korean National Party and Korean National Revolutionary, but they still advocated the creation of widespread Anti-Japanese national unite-"The Restoration Society祖国光复会". Then, under the leadership of Chinese Community Party, Korean Communists carried out "Domestic Enter Combat国内进军作战”to give a heavy blow to the Japanese imperialism, and effectively promoted the independence and national liberation of Korea.After outbreak of the Pacific War in1941, the aggression of Japanese imperialists to China has been expanded and the northeast anti-Japanese battle was under increasingly serious situation. Most of the Northeast Anti-Japanese Unions were forced to move to Soviet Union for military training. Even so, Korean communists constantly adhered to the completion of Chinese revolution, and carried out various armed reconnaissance武装侦察to take responsibility of "dual mission".On the eve of the victory of Chinese Anti-Japanese War and world Anti-Fascist War, most Korean Communists at Soviet Union campus returned to their motherland to destroy Japanese remnants, and part of them were back to the Northeast of China to implement revolutionary mission. Later, Koreans from various military participated in the four insurance Linjiang battle四保临江战斗; summer, fall, winter offensive and the Changchun liberation battle. At the same time, after returning to their motherland, some Korean Communists built new regime and supported Chinese revolution battle. They had outstanding contribution to the liberation of Northeast. After the liberation, some Korean Communists chose to stay in China to follow the Communist Party of China, and participated in Liaoshen battle, Pingjin battle, Dujiang battle, and fought to Hainan Island and Guangxi Province at last. In September9,1948, Korean Communists found the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, headed by Kim Ⅱ-Sung in North Korea (the North of38lines).In September3,1952, according to the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference(中国人民政治协商会议)and the people’s Republic of China on Regional National Autonomy outline(中华人民共和国民族区域自治实施纲要),the Communist Party of China set up Korean Ethnic Autonomous Region in Yanbian.Under the leadership of the Chinese Communist Party, Korean Communists have accomplished the "double mission".
