World map on the Korean Peninsula can be said that the interests and influence of China and the United States the Russo-Japanese the most intensive and a meeting point of the stalemate situation of the Korean peninsula today is fully illustrated this point. Not a big piece of land, the occurrence of a civil war62years ago, in a variety of factors and psychological domination, so was the world’s two dominant, and just to the founding of waiting to be Hing Chinese involved in the war. If Susan Guo of China and the United States, there is no present significance of the Korean War.Now62years later, the largest of this during the Cold War "hot war", for whatever reason, is still "still holds partly concealed, leaving future generations a lot of intricate puzzles. With the continuous disclosure of national historical data, the historical truth surfaced. New China as a new regime just weak footing, why is involved in the war? How should we get to know this Korean War? What it brought to our country what kind of incernational influence? This paper attempts to explore these puzzles eleven.This paper is divided into three parts discussed include the reasons for the Chinese Communists to the introduction of the War to Resist U.S. Aggression and Aid Korea in decision-making, the domestic impact of the War to Resist U.S. Aggression and Aid Korea, the Korean War, Sino-US relations impact. The first part is the introduction of the Korean War decision-making problems, restore historical facts and detailed analysis of the decision-making to the introduction of the internal causes and external causes. The second part of the domestic impact of the War to Resist U.S. Aggression and Aid Korea, including a significant impact in the political aspects of the significance of the changes brought to our economy and the modernization of our army and national defense construction.
