Theory And Application Of Lexical Function

Theory ?lexical function? originally intended for serving the model ?M T?. In its ontological sense, it is the core component that operates in the model ?M T? and constitutes the deep lexicon and paraphrases. We put the lexical function as a method and combine this method with specific problems emergencing in Russian and Chinese, through this method ,on one hand, you can enrich the theory ?lexical function? itself, on the other hand, you can find, explain and even solve some problems in natural language, which can enrich methodology of linguistic research.For one thing, we expand the perspective of research on lexicology and idiomatics by means of lexical function. For another, we mainly select specific issues in Russian and Chinese: one is variant meaning of verbal aspects in Russian, another is the classification of V-complement structure in Chinese. Meanwhile we have a comparative study on the common phenomenon in both Russian and Chinese—support verb, by the comparative researches we can find their own characteristics of Russian and Chinese. Finally, by the Russian-Chinese parallel comparative semantic model we try to use ?Russian-Chinese explanatory combinatorial dictionary? to record and describe the results of research.
