In teaching Chinese as a second language,the teaching of the complements is very important.For Russian students,the resultative complements are also one of the learning difficulties.Because the way of expressing results in the Russian language system is completely different from the way in Chinese,therefore,the number of mistakes when Russian students using Chinese resultative complements is very high.This research uses linguistic and applied linguistic-related theories to study the contrast between the language forms of the Russian and Chinese.Through the questionnaire and analysis of mistakes in resultative complements of Russian students,we strive to analyze the types of mistakes and their causes.On basis of the above,reasonable explanations are proposed,and suggestions are put forward for the teaching of the resultative complements for Russian students,to reduce the difficulty of students’ learning,avoid or at least reduce the occurrence of mistakes,and improve teaching efficiency.Specifically,the body of this article consists of five parts.The first part explained the concept and types of resultative complements from the perspective of Chinese ontology as well as my personal understanding towards the concept;the second part explored the corresponding form of Chinese resultative complements in Russian.Since Chinese and Russian belong to two completely different language families,the differences are very big,and the students’ first language will have a great impact on the second language acquisition,so this article also fully explained this problem.Thirdly,according to the collected data,the errors of resultative complement made by Russian speaking Chinese learners were classified.The fourth part analyzed the causes of mistakes by Russian speaking Chinese learners,mainly from the aspects of negative transferring from their first language,generalization from the target language rules,and misleading by teachers.Fifth,according to the characteristics of the Russian students,from the macro-level teaching method to the micro-level teaching outline,the teaching strategies of Chinese resultative complement are discussed,and the corresponding suggestions are proposed for teachers,students,and lesson plans for Russian result complement are also designed.I hope that this article will enrich the study of Russian speakers’ learning Chinese as a second language on the one hand,and provide a practical basis for the teaching of Russian and Chinese grammar,especially on the resultative complement on the other.
