The dispute about the discourse power over Chinese literal theory began in 1990s. The two different ways of thinking, which are Localization and Westernization, are derived from it. The former expounds and propagates the distinctive national features of Chinese literary theory, advocating that the discourse power over Chinese literal theory should be transformed from the Chinese Ancient literary theory. The latter recommends that learning from western thought and culture can be of great help. In order to establish a Chinese literal theory having the foreign characteristics, it is a must to combine the two ideas and achieve the modern transformation of Chinese ancient literal theory and sinification of western Literal theory.Thus, how to achieve the modern transformation of Chinese ancient literal theory? Form the aspect of culture, the soul of the article, and style, it needs careful clarifying the resources and discourse tradition of Chinese Ancient literary theory and exploring in depth the methods and significance of speech and its meaning.How to realize the sinification of western Literal theory? In view of their different aspects such as heterogeneity, universality and modernity, it needs a well-analysis of the inherent differences between Chinese and Western literary theory and a careful consideration of the feasibility of the sinification of western Literal theory.According to this idea, the paper can be divided into three chapters.The first chapter "The Reconstruction Resources of the Discourse Power over Chinese Literal Theory ", will sort out the reconstruction resources according to three aspects which are Chinese ancient literary theory, western literary theory and Chinese contemporary literary theory.The article explores that the theoretical importance of Chinese ancient literal theory is beyond doubt. For the reconstruction of Chinese literary theory, the ancient is the most important resource, because it maintains the most authentic aspect of Chinese literary tradition. Only in a way of making full use of resources and integrating with modern Chinese literary theory can we maintain the vitality of the Chinese literary tradition and make them continue to flourish. With the strong support of vivid Chinese literal tradition, the Chinese literary theory can follow the trend of globalization and communicate with other cultures. Chinese literal theory has inherited and transformed the ancient to achieve its current use. In course of reconstruction, it is based on ethnic characteristics and realizes a dialogue with the West in exchanging, complementing and enriching our literary system. Western literary theory’s commensurability makes it possible to be reconstruction resources. For the reconstruction of discourse over Chinese literal theory, the Western Literary Theory can broaden academic horizons, make us take a right attitude, stimulate our thinking and reflect our resources, which provide us with a new perspective on reflection of Chinese culture. Concerning with the use of western literature resources, first we should have an in-depth study which combines with exotic cultural background to understand the development and content of the theory; the second is for our use, making the Western theories and the Chinese literary theory combined and stimulate the local resources. In the early 20th century, the society has dramatic changes, modern and contemporary literary theory is away from the Chinese cultural context and emphasize the utilitarian purpose of literature, leading to the breaking of poetic tradition of Chinese literal. But the continuation of traditional also exists in contemporary literary theory, which meets the social and historical needs of reconstruction of contemporary literary theory.The second chapter, "Sorting Out Local Resources ", analyzes the endless ways of speaking and meanings of traditional Chinese literary theory from the culture, soul, and style of the article.It explores that Chinese culture and national spirit are the "root" and "soul" as well as the core of Chinese Literary Theory. The Chinese style of criticism, which is affected by the "root" and "soul", is the outward appearance of Chinese literary theory. Chinese literary theory is always lies in the Chinese culture, and it has a sharing of characteristics or origins with culture. Confucianism, Taoism and Buddhism culture of China constitute the ideological and cultural background of literary criticism. The combination of the "culture" and "soul" is a common phenomenon in Chinese ancient literature, which makes it have value in psychology and art, and thus affect the physical sense of Chinese literary theory and the poetic pursuit. Chinese literary has three major aspects which include its system, style and appearance. Because of their stability, the inheritance of criticism has a special value in the process of the transformation and reconstruction of Chinese literary theory. The study of Chinese literary theory, on the one hand, opens the new academic way, so that the continuous of ancient literal theory makes it easier to do some research and implement the modern transformation. On the other hand, it is also a cure for the anxiety of "Aphasia" which is from some Chinese modern academics.The third chapter is "Foreign Resource Study". From the aspects of heterogeneity, universality, and modernity, it discusses differences between Chinese and Western literary theory, whether to convert the Western literature theory and the research and reference content of the Western Literary TheoryIt states that China and the Western Literary represent different civilizations. The basic cultural mechanism, knowledge systems and literary theory are dissimilar, but there is a same structure between the two. Recognizing the isomorphism of Western literary theory, we can fundamentally change the attitude that the’ West is the best and show the greatest respect for the national character of Chinese ancient literal theory. Universality is the general, universal and holistic knowledge of the literary theory. The universal nature of literary theory and nature of literature and art are closely related. As a pluralistic discourse, modern Perspective is a must for adapting to current Chinese literary theory, and it also provides us with a means of dialogue. Meanwhile, there are also modern resources lying in Chinese ancient literal theory, which requires modern transformation. Therefore, the pursuit of modernity and the modernization of literary discourse are the way of the reconstruction of Chinese discourse. It is also a need for the development of Chinese literary theory.The conclusion, "Ways of Reconstructing of the Discourse Power over Chinese Literal Theory" gives a review the efforts made by the literary scholars in the 20th century when the integration of Chinese and Western Culture happened, Pointing out that the reconstruction of Chinese Literary Theory is based on Chinese culture, learning from Western Literary and returning to the text.
