Effects and safety are observed and recorded. Through the hot-plate test in mice、Acetic acid writhing test in mice, mouse ear swelling test, rat foot swelling experiments, mouse peritoneal capillary permeability test, experiments on carrageenan-induced inflammatory exudate in rats airbag PGE2and IL-6, the research investigates the analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects of pain elimination Babu Cream.Meanwhile, Tetrahydropalmatine is used as a test indicator to test in vitro percutaneous absorption for the elimination of pain Babu cream sample, micro-image method and the laser diffraction method are combined to detect the scope of traditional Chinese medicine powder particle size. Perfect preparation and determination of drugs of pain elimination Babu Cream are established.Conclusion:Pain elimination Babu Cream has obvious analgesic effect and good anti-inflammatory effects with the characteristics of safe, effective and fast absorption, rapid onset, rapid, efficacy and stability, and thus can be useful to treat KOA.
