Influence Of Danhong Injection Combined External Counterpulsation On The Patients After Percutaneous Coronary Intervention

Objective To study the effects 0f Danhong injection combined external counterpulsation on the patients after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods 118 patients with acute coronary syndrome after percutaneous coronary intervention were separately randomly assigned into three groups: Group Ⅰ(received regular therapy),Group Ⅱ(received regular therapy and intravenous drip of 40 ml Danhong injection+ 250 ml normal saline or 5% glucose,once/d),Group Ⅲ(received ECP 1h/time,once/d based on treatment plan of group Ⅱ), and 14 d was regard as one course of treatment.regular therapy involved aspirin, clopidogrel, statins,angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors(ACEI) or angiotensin receptor blockers(ARB),β-receptor blockers, Nitrate esters,low molecular heparin, meglumine adenosine cyclophosphate and levocarnitine.Three groups of Hs CRP,ICAM-1,VCAM-1 were observed in a day before PCI, a day after PCI and 14 days after treatment.Results: Compared with a day before PCI, there were significant difference in the level of Hs CRP,ICAM-1,VCAM-1 in a day after PCI(P< 0. 05); In 14 days after treatment, there were significant difference between Group Ⅰand Ⅱ(P<0. 05),it was also in group Ⅰand Ⅲ(P<0. 05), there were difference between Group Ⅱ and Ⅲ(P<0. 05)Conclusion: Danhong injection combined external counterpulsation can reduce inflammatory factors of patients with acute coronary syndrome after PCI operation.
