Objective:To observe the influence of Fufang Danshenyin on the Intercellular cell adhesion molecule-1 and Vascular cell adhesion molecule-1 with INSulin-resistant (IR), and to explore the protective mechanism of vascular endothelial function.Methods:60 clean wistar male rats adaptability feeding a week, Randomly divided into Physiological saline group, the model group, Chinese medicine prevention group, Chinese medicine therapy group, Western medicine control group, Each group has 12 rats. We giverats fedhigh-fat high sucrose diet 8 weeks, According to INSulin sensitivity index determine whether building a model of success. Use Fufang Danshenyin as Chinese medicine therapy group and rosiglitazone as western medicine control group. Continue to feed eight weeks, from rats in the thoracic aorta Draw blood, measuring triglyceride and cholesterol, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (hdl-c), low density lipoprotein, ICAM-1, VCAM-1.Results:1. After 8 weeks:compared with the Physiological saline group, Chinese medicine prevention group, body weight, blood glucose, blood pressure levels were elevated in other groups (P<0.05),with statistical significance; increased levels of fasting serum INSulin (P<0.05), with statistical significance; sensitivity index decreased (P<0.01),there was statistical significance. Completed the insulin resistance in the rat model manufacture2. After 16 weeks:(1):compared with the western medicine control group, Chinese medicine prevention group, body weight, blood glucose, blood pressure levels, ICAM-1, VCAM-1 All have changed (P>0.05),without statistical significance, model group; Model group weight, blood pressure, blood sugar and blood fat, ICAM-1, VCAM-1 rise (P<0.01),with statistical significance; (2):compared with the model group, Western medicine control group weight, blood pressure, blood sugar and blood fat are changing (P<0.01), with statistical significance;VCAM-1 reduced (P<0.01) and ICAM-1 also reduced (P<0.05),All have statistical significance. Chinese medicine therapy groupweight increased range is low (P>0.05),without statistical significanc.Blood pressure, blood sugar and blood fat are changing (P<0.01), VCAM-1 reduced (P<0.01) and ICAM-1 also reduced (P<0.05),All have statistical significance.Chinese medicine prevention group weight, blood pressure, blood sugar and blood fat, VCAM-1, ICAM-1 have changed (P<0.01), with statistical significance. (3) compared with the Western medicine control group Chinese medicine therapy group Weight, elevated blood pressure range low ( P<0.05), with statistical significance; Blood sugar, blood fat, VCAM-1, ICAM-1 have changed (P>0.05), without statistical significanc. Chinese medicine prevention group VCAM-1, ICAM-1 reduced (P<0.05), with statistical significance; Elevated blood pressure range low (P<0.01), with statistical significance; Weight, blood pressure, blood sugar and blood fat are changed (P>0.05) without statistical significanc.Conclusion:1. Fufang Danshenyin can lower blood pressure and weight of rats with IR, Regulate glucolipid metabolism disorders.2. Fufang Danshenyin can reduce ICAM-1, VCAM-1 expression in serum of rats with IR.
