Taiji quan has a long history in our China, widespread, and it played an important role in maintaining human health aspects. Basically, the Author heritage his family with Zhao Bao Taiji quan, theoretically to integrate the concept of Knowing (Zhi) and Doing (Xing) for good health preservation, as a result to create Zhi Xing Taiji quan, the moves are easy to learn, easy to promote to public, and release helpful of health and longevity.ObjectiveThis paper intends to organize the relevant literature on the exercise regimen, compare the methods of traditional exercise and modern exercise, and the interpretation of Zhi Xing Taiji quan, to explore the main points and the importance of exercise regimen; through researches, to analyze the influence of the total score from physical and psychological symptoms, consequently, compare the modern exercise and non-regular exercise, to evaluate the effect of physical and psychological in condition of Zhi Xing Taiji quan, to establish the theoretical foundation for the promotion of Zhi Xing Taiji quan, provide data for references.First, use the method of literature research. The traditional way of exercise regimen, and to organize the characteristics of various clan of Taiji quan, then compare with the modern exercise style, to classify and analyze the characteristics and advantages of the traditional exercise regimen.Second, use survey research methods. Process researches by make use of the SCL-90 checklist, divided in three groups separately, the group of Zhi Xing Taiji quan, the modern exercise group and non-exercise group. The group of Zhi Xing Taiji quan perform more or less 210 minutes a week practicing Zhi Xing Taiji quan; the modern exercise group mainly played modern fitness equipment as a tools, more or less 210 minutes a week of physical activity; the non-exercise group without requires any regular exercise, just keep consistent of previous life style. Each group is required to complete the questionnaire before and after the survey, and the trial period last for six months.After data collected, using statistical software SPSS16.0, select of chi-square test, statistical methods rank sum test, variance analysis, by statistical way of data processing and analysis.Result1. Literature organization:the traditional exercise regimen more concern and combine both kinds of static and dynamic, request the coordination of Mental (Yi), Breath (Qi) and Physical (Xing), especially the preservation characteristics of both Physical and Mental of Taiji quan, spread so far to recent, keep on enduring. The modern exercise more focuses on fitness, in kinds of strong physique.2. Generally:A total of 143 attendee, among them Zhi Xing Taiji quan group have 53 attendee,24 were male, occupied 45.3%,29 were female, occupied 54.7%; modern exercise group have 56 attendee,29 were male, occupied 51.8%,27 were female, occupied 48.2%; non-exercise group have 34 people,21 were male, occupied 61.8%,13 were female, occupied 38.2%, process by chi-square test, P>0.05, not statistically significant. The average age of the three groups were 46.85±10.929 years old;44.86±8.645 years old; 41.68±9.897 years old; process by analysis of variance, P> 0.05, not statistically significant.3. The Significance symptom score changes before and after the survey: Before the test start, the average total score of symptoms of three group members were:Zhi Xing Taiji group 154.79±64.392, modern exercise group 137.46±60.781, non-exercise group 122.18±34.633, process by analysis of variance, P<0.05, has statistically significant;The Q test of the two two comparison among the samples, the difference between the Zhi Xing Taiji quan group and the modern exercise group was not statistically significant. After the end of the experiment, three groups of attendee with average total score of symptoms are:Zhi Xing Taiji quan group 118.51±25.362; modern exercise group 108.52±19.250; non-exercise group 119.82±33.255, by analysis of variance, compare with the total score of symptoms of the three groups,P>0.05, not statistically significant.4. Each group are efficiency on conditioning human health aspects: Use statistical software to calculate the reduction rate, that (total score of symptoms before test-total score of symptoms after test)/total score of symptoms before test, the reduction rate of Zhi Xing Taiji group are 0.1735 ±0.199; the reduction rate of modern exercise group are 0.149±0.168; the reduction rate of non-exercise group 0.017±0.031. Zhi Xing Taiji group to achieve an effective standard of 17 attendee, occupied 32.08% of the group, which reached markedly standard are 4 attendee, occupied for 7.55%; modern exercise group to achieve an effective standard are 14 attendee, occupied 25.0% of the group, which reached markedly standard are 2 attendee, occupied for 3.57%; while the non-exercise group to achieve an effective standard are 0 attendee, by the rank sum test, P<0.05, statistically significant.The average rank of Zhi Xing Taiji group (85.43) marked higher than the other two groups, the optimum effect of conditioning human health aspects. 5. After the test, the modern exercise groups has the lowest total score of the symptom; but in view of reduction rate, Zhi Xing Taiji group is much more superior than the modern exercise group.Conclusion1. Zhi Xing Taiji quan belongs to the heritage of traditional Taijiquan, which is adhering to the traditional Chinese sports health preservation, to practice body up, educate psychology, to improve the quality of life in main cause. Claim:the harmony between man and nature, movement affordable, balance of Yin and Yang and in advantage of both body and spirit.2. These three groups before test, that Zhi Xing Taiji group, the modern exercise group, the non-exercise group differences in gender, age, symptoms, and other aspects of the total score was not statistically significant, but comparable.3. Zhi Xing Taiji quan are the best efficiency on conditioning human health aspect, and better than the modern exercise and those for non-regular exercise.4. Zhi Xing Taiji quan can be used as a quality and safety of exercise-prescription and approachable localization of cognitive behavior therapy.5. Combine the concept of Zhi Xing Taiji quan and the Full Health, fulfill with full, classical, and foundation in these three basic characteristics. Its movement is simple and easy to learn, to cope with the physiological and psychological characteristics of the elderly, and it is helpful to deal with the aging society.
