Objective:Through closed in on both sides point acupuncture treatment of arrhythmia, and compared with acupuncture technique simulation system, observation of expert of acupuncture manipulation and acupuncture technique simulation system real-time clinical curative effect of rapid arrhythmia.Methods:(1) To observe the changes of ECG and symptoms after Acupuncture neiguan acupoint by expert compare to manipulation simulation system (2) 20 rats randomly divided into model group, simulation technique group and manipulation group, real-time observation the changes of ECG by expert of acupuncture manipulation and acupuncture technique simulation system After acupuncture nei-guan acupoint for 5 minites.Results:(1) compared to model group, acupuncture nei-guan acupoint by expert of acupuncture manipulation and acupuncture technique simulation system, P<0.05. expert compare to manipulation simulation system, P>0.05. (2) Expert technique and manipulation simulation group curative effect difference between the two groups,The overall efficacy of two groups has no statistically significant difference, P>0.05. Expert technique and instrument simulation group curative effect difference between the two groups, clinical acupuncture lower heart rate on the effect of expert group the total effective rate was 70.0%, instrument simulation group the total effective rate was 65.0%, Compare two groups there was no significant difference,(P>0.05)Conclusion:(1) Expert of acupuncture manipulation and acupuncture acupuncture technique simulation system closed in on both sides, two groups of normal sinus heart rate time no statistical difference(P>0.05). (2) Acupuncture closed in on both sides, expert of acupuncture manipulation and acupuncture technique of simulation system for rapid arrhythmia immediate clinical curative effect, the curative effect of differences between the two groups, prove the immediate efficacy of acupuncture in improving arrhythmia significantly. (3) Acupuncture technique simulation system real-time clinical curative effect of fast arrhythmia and expert of acupuncture technique, proves the scientific nature and effectiveness of the simulation system.
